True. That being said, Obi-Wan is the most consistently well done character in Canon, all three actors doing him spectacularly. He doesn't feel as unnaturally heroic and pure as easily could, but more of the victim of being a good person at a time where his natural conformism quickly became a death trap. Every moral mistake he makes feels so innocently mislead, exactly like you would imagine from what He tells Luke about his failures with his father and Vader. Amazing given the amount of screen time Obi-Wan has before episode 4

insane that half the people who watch the prequels look at obi wan and see a guy who got a purity ring at ten and never took it off and the other half look at him and go oh that guy definitely took at least three dicks last night. god knows how george lucas and ewan mcgregor pulled it off but they really did something there

Anyone got an opinion for or against Atlantis?

I remembered Atlantis the lost empire existed, and made this while watching it again. Obviously just my opinion, but also mostly based on nostalgia, comedy and interesting stuff to 19 year old. For instance, I don't think Big Hero Six is objectively better than those behind it, but damn that slapped as a 10 year old boy in theaters. And while most of Aristocats may not be better than Wreck it Ralph, the beat drop in Everybody likes to be a cat is 100% worthy of bringing down that building. Sometimes the best parts of an inconsistently engaging movie are good enough, sometimes they aren't.

As for the questionable choices, toy story always hit me as "Sad in a very Depressing way" opposed to the average "Sympathy to charecters way" I was used to. And Jungle book was 80% nostalgia, 80% songs that I love, 80% obsessed with wild animals and Kipling storys as a kid, and 80%. "Holy crap they made a move depicting incompetent soldiers as cartoon elephants uselessly parading the jungle during the height of Vietnam war and also literally just made the Beatles into Vultures"

Modification of "Sokka invents guns by accident and gets chewed out by every person in existence, but mostly Toph" au.

First interaction between Toph and Sokka, he wants boomerang that doesn't need to wait for a return. Toph gives him a firework she stole and bam.

Toph gets gun, Toph kills every single fire nation soldier faced, learns metal bending early because of it, doesn't even need gunpowder, just a stick full of metal marbles, Sokka blackmailed Into building Appa a saddle with gun placements, then gets over his morals to help Toph with compus call outs.

The 3rd episode of Book 2: Earth, the Ganng storms Ozai's fortress like it's a WW2 film, shooting down everything that moves, with any returning fire begrudgingly deflected by Aang and Katara. Ozai is caught off guard, but recovers to start beating Aang easily, the whole time Sokka is lining up a shot for Toph, who puts enough metal in Ozai to build a Ba Sing Say wall drill.

after Ozai is gone, and when Azula is missing, Toph puts Sokka out to apologize for all the violence his horrible invention caused and will cause, while she Begins destruction of Ba Sing Say and construction of Toph Town, complete with a colossal statue of her self holding Ozai's head, with Aang and Katara as shoulder angels and Sokka and Momo as shoulder devils. The entire series ends in approximately 5 days, with 2 of those spent arguing over the morality of guns and another 1 over whether Sokka's head was really "too big to be placed on a 500 foot stone statue"
