So Tenna is surprisingly easy to draw

It was getting dark during the colouring but I don't hate it.

The thing is, even if you were lucky and your parents taught you how to clean, they probably didn't teach you how to clean the stuff you clean stuff with, like brushes, mops, sponges, rags, and so on. Or how to clean your cleaning appliances, like a dish washer, clothes washing machine, and clothes dryer and its ducts (if you have a ducted dryer), or a carpet cleaner, vacuum, Or how to clean up clean messes, like spilled bleach or detergent.

My parents threw away all of these things (even the vacuum cleaners and the dryer) when they got too dirty to function, because no one even told them THAT they could be cleaned. Cost them thousands of dollars over the years.

All I'm saying is that cleaning is not intuitive, and not knowing how to clean is not a moral failing, but it is something you can learn.

I'm going to reblog this post with resources for learning how to clean things and how to clean cleaning things (I'm not at my desk at the moment). If you have any favorites, please feel free to add them in too!

So, a while after I finished the fourth chapter, I went back to fight the boss that the s-rank minigames gave an item in the creepiest way possible. I beat it today! It took me probably more than ten tries, hurting my confidence in the fact Jevil took me five and Spamton three. I'm proud of myself anyway and restarting chapter 4 with the win and getting stuff I missed (Mike room and church NPCs in Castle Town).

Gah... So um the secret game after s-ranking the second board is definitely depicting chapter 2's weird route. I myself didn't play it but the fact I was forced to level up and progress definitely unsettled me. It's only after the maze that I realized that the penguin enemy was meant to depict Berdly and felt sad even if it technically didn't matter it's just in another world it did. And then the key, the white cloak and Kris were used up in the secret game. I haven't seen any of the secrets past this yet so I am scared for them.

Beast Wars Theory: Their Original Altmodes

I don't know about the extra materials, but I don't think the show itself ever showed what the crews originally turned into.

The Transmetal modes' vehicle parts could be viewed as elements of their born altmodes, because they have to come from somewhere, something must have determined it because everybody doesn't get the same stuff. In this case....

Optimus Primal — Jet. He can fly/float in his first Transmetal form, and gains a full jet altmode in his Optimal Optimus form. This also gives him an armored ground transport alt, but because becoming Optimal Optimus involved him merging with Optimus Prime, that could have been Prime's altmode before being rebuilt by the Ark (G1 cartoon never showed his cybertronian altmode).

Cheetor — Jet, spacecraft, or one of those jet/rocket-powered dragsters. He has thrusters/rocket engine in both of his Transmetal forms.

Rattrap — Car. He has four wheels in his Transmetal form so it's pretty obvious. Imo the wheels look likey could be from a heavier car like an offroader or an armored car.

Depth Charge — Spaceship. His vehicle mode is just straight-up a spaceship.

Rhinox — Snowmobile? Tank?

Airazor — A seaplane. Unlike normal Transmetal, she has an entire plane as an altmode and not just plane traits. This could maybe imply she was a triple changer?

Tigatron — Whatever Cheetor was, because his toy has the exact same traits due to being a redeco of Cheetor. Though Tigerhawk's Transmetal toy having a cockpit implies that Tigatron had one, because Airazor didn't.

Megatron II — Aircraft. He gets thrusters and rollerblades. What has thrusters and small wheels? A plane. I can't really explain the dragon form, but since hejust went from a giant reptile to a winged giant reptile, maybe the wings could be rationalized as vehicle mode-induced too. The issue is that he doesn't seem to get anything from Megatron I like Primal gets from Optimus Prime.

Tarantulas — Motorcycle. Definitely a motorcycle.

Rampage — Tank. Little doubt about this either, he just straight-up turns into a tank unlike the other show Transmetals who just have vehicle parts and functions. Could this mean he was a triple changer?

Terrorsaur — VTOL aircraft with both rotors and thrusters. He had an ambiguous death without ever becoming a Transmetal, but they made a Transmetal toy of him with these traits.

Waspinator — Jet. A human jet. Just like Airazor and Rampage, his toy turns into an entire jet unstead of just being an animal with vehicle traits/functions like normal transmetals who actually appear in the show. Could indicate a triple changer?

Inferno — Drill tank with two bores. Like Waspinator, Rampage, and Airazor, he turns into the entire tank as opposed to normal Transmetals which only have vehicle traits/functions on their beast mode. This could imply a triple changer?

Now, there's a few characters with Transmetal forms or Transmetal-adjacent traits that are pretty unclear cases.

Scorponok — ???. He died just like Terrorsaur, and got a Transmetal toy. But only a McDonalds Transmetal toy, and none of those had visible vehicle traits.

Blackarachnia — Potentially a born beastformer, since her Transmetal form doesnt have vehicle traits. It could be because unlike the other Transmetallized bots, she was just born when her pod activated and she'd never had a vehicle mode to begin with. I have also heard that transformers in BW can and do revert bots to protoforms for transport or altmode change, so she could have actually been born long before the series and originally been a mechanical spider beastformer, but i'm not sure if that bit about protoforms is canon.

Dinobot II — Could be a born raptor beastformer, since despite being a Transmetal he has no vehicle traits. He was born in this form, but he's also a clone of Dinobot (a fucked up clone or not) so logically Dinobot would also habe been a born beastformer, otherwise Dinobot II should propably display traits of Dinobot's original vehicle mode.

Silverbolt & Quickstrike — They're not Transmetals, but they're called a blend of the beast mode technology and the Transmetal stuff. Them being hybrids of two animals could therefore imply that they were both beastformers who got an additional beast mode, unless they were actually born when the pods activated and not before the whole trip was made (it's unclear, as it was with Blackarachnia). Silverbolt could have been either a wolf or a bird, and Quickstrike could have been either a cobra or a scorpion.

So basically there's a potential canon vehicle mode for every single Beast Wars character who appeared in the show (even if only in the toyline), except the Tripredacus Council's three members, Dinobot I, Scorponok, Transmutate, and Blackarachnia (and it's possible the last two never had any altmode to begin with, since they came from protoform pods during the show).

Went to a board game party. Played two rounds of Happy Little Dinosaurs with my family then two rounds of Bristol 1350 with a larger group. The meeples were randomly put into carts and we got some funny three colour combinations.

I thought the visual of a dinosaur in the 1300s was funny so before I knew my character, I got the Rex meeple for my setup. Funnily enough, the Friar was yellow and it all matched up.

So now it means this dinosaur was approved. My bad roles made everyone think I was infected (I wasn't) and the first team out had an infected individual. The other two didn't have enough movement and the only player who wanted to try the movement mechanic was because of infection. The second round switched the cart teams but now everyone could use character abilities. My new team got an early mingle and others joked that I was sick (I was). Once again, an infected individual was on the leaving cart but us and the others unfortunately made it so we didn't have enough to get out (plus I, the T-Rex, had the plague).

Went and rescanned most of the end of the Complete Allspark Almanac cause I missed some pages/my scanner messed up previously. Will be going back thru and rescanning other pages that didn't scan well my next hitch back home in a few weeks. More under the cut! :)
