perhaps you've noticed I'm working on these first ones in the order of the acronym by now. well you're much too late, because we're jumping straight to A for this one!

the aro flag haters are incomprehensible to me, because I am in love with this colour scheme!! the two greens create such a lovely contrast with the neutral tones, it's irresistible >v<

Terra Week 2024.....?

Seemingly no Terra Week this year; but I ended up finishing a multi-tessellated pattern centred around Terra, so this is my submission this year 😊 Unsure if I'll get to do anything else or not. But hey; I am in the books for 2024! 🥳

Sketch of a coastal Italian villa!

Needed to study colors and make a lock screen for my new iPad, and this sketch is what I came up with.

It will end up being a background for another drawing of a driver, sort of a ‘summer vacation photos’ style thing. Original thought was Lando or Charles but please tell me your thoughts!

Did I pull it offa google? Yes, but that's because I'm way too invested in what these two are wearing and they have to be matching. Idc if y'all think they're dating or if they're just friends, but they are best friends and best friends match perfectly when they go to some random ass rich people party to laugh at one person's misery

Willy Wonka’s Appereance

The new Young Willy Wonka seems more like a mixture of Gene Wilder and Johnny Depp’s Willy Wonkas than just being a specific one of them.

For example, Young Wonka’s outfit seems more like Gene Wilder’s Wonka with the hat and the bright uniquely patterned shirt but the general colour scheme of his outfit such as his coat looks more like Johnny Depp’s Wonka.

Timothée Chalamet’s Wonka also doesn’t wear gloves. This is similar to Gene Wilder’s Wonka but it could also be because when he got older he wore gloves to look more professional or perhaps to hide the injury scars he got in his chocolate factory.

Timothée Chalamet’s Wonka has brown hair, similar to Johnny Depp’s Wonka.

Timothée Chalamet’s Wonka’s hair is also curly, he also has an optimistic charming smile and energy similar to Gene Wilder’s Wonka.

My OC in Believix. In 3 different colour palettes.

I have to admit that it is hard for me to settle with one, maybe I let Tumblr decide?

To herself:

She's Stella younger Sister. Therefore Stella is one year older than everybody else because she failed the last grade, she's in the same Class as her Sister.

Her Name is Umbra (Thats how smart people call the dark side of planets and Moons). She a Fairy of Gravity and Dark Matter. The invisible and dark forces of Space. Not the exactly opposite of Stella's Powers, cause they are both related to Stars but like the other side of the Coin.

Option 1:

In this Version her relation to Stella is most obvious I think. She's got same Eye Colour and little tanned skin like her Sister. Her Signature Colours are the same but in different Value and Saturation. Very light blue, almost silver and dark orange-red with creamy highlights. But still warm colours. It reminds of dirty and liveless Planets or Moons. Almost unconscious, uncomfortable. What remains from the Material the Shining Star in the Centre didn't consume.

Option 2:

This Palette is more a representation of their Mother. The light Skin, the blue Eyes, the almost white hair. For a Winx Fairy the colours aren't very common. True neutral grey/Silver and almost black dull Purple. It symbolises a pale Moon in a night sky. The vivid blue and pink highlights are a string contrast to that. Like the nebulas in Space.

Option 3:

My original concept of her where midnight blue and mint green with purple and cool pink highlights. Golden Eyes to get the relation to Stella but Black Hair (Umbra dyed).

I was afraid that this combination could be to similar to Tecna or Bloom and that it doesn't feel different enough to get her a Signature. But I like dark, mystery but spacy Look

I will use the Winner in every other Picture of her I will create in Future.

day 4 of making characters based on pride flags!!

picking the colours for the coat and sweater was a struggle, but I had so much fun working on the rest of the piece! once I had the idea of the trans-coloured cotton candy hair there was no stopping me >:D

this challenge has made me realize how rarely I draw guys with rounder/wider faces and that is something I need to change as soon as possible!! drawing a stylized beard for the first time ever was also incredibly enjoyable!
