Weird dream last night. So, you know those parking garages that are around cities and stuff? (I'm from more country areas and don't see them often so yeah there's that).

Anyway, I was walking around and this parking garage was a weird maze with some kind of garden inside of it. It was almost like the place was kept up and abandoned at the same time.

I was meeting all different types of people. It was like we were hiding out in this place and had some kind of community there. At one point I was walking past this massive water fall that ran in the middle, but I woke up soon after that.

Like I said... weird dream. I wish I knew why we were hiding out and all of that.

Any ideas for a story or anyone have similar dreams like it? Let me know!

May 10

I had the same dream last night that showed up not too long ago. More like a nightmare. I was running away from these dark clouds while everything blurred around me. I was suddenly under waves of water and couldn't breathe. I heard someone shouting and suddenly I was under water.

The voice ended up getting swept away as I was pulled under the water. I don't know what else happened, but I was suddenly under this massive canopy away from the rain and was just watching it huddled against some kind of stiff surface.

I think there was some kind of massive furry creature at one point that could talk and some kind of massive shadow that chased away the darkness, but I don't remember much after that.

Anyway! It's probably a stress dream from all of these finals recently.

I saw someone comment that sometimes dreams are memories, but I don't know why I would have this memory. Maybe my mind is processing a time when I was learning to swim and sank or maybe that time I fell into that rain puddle when I was little?

Interesting to think about...

Hey there! Weird dream and really kind of boring, but I thought I'd make a post about it.

I was a rock farmer.

That was the whole dream.

I had an elaborate rock garden and there were loads of cool geodes and really interesting rocks, but I was some kind of keeper of the rocks and was responsible for 1. making sure no rocks were taken and 2. collecting/growing more.

Anyone else have dreams this boring that don't make sense?

May 7

More fun dreams last night. I was a wilderness explorer in some kind of funky jungle. Everything was kind of a technicolor and looked like bubble solution was poured over everything. There were all of these weird creatures that were hybrids of one another. Like, a cat had rabbit ears and a turtle had a see through shell (but the inside was an alarm clock and started chirping at me like a bird when it was time to wake up).

It reminds me of a book I was reading called Annihilation. I haven't finished the book, but it's definitely where my brain pulled from. I'm sure of it.

Anyone else ever heard of this book/movie?

Just curious...

Sorry if this is a weird question, but I just wanted to throw it out there to the world.

Have you ever thought something was true or suspected something was off without any evidence?

Like, the whole Santa thing? Like, the idea that some stranger breaks into your house and willingly leaves gifts sounds too good to be true so it probably is despite presents being put under the tree and the cookies and carrots being nibbled on?

Just... I've had a few weird thoughts recently and want to know if anyone else has them.

Woah haha nice! I wish I were that tall, but you definitely got my hair right. It's always been an unruly mess ever since I was a kid apparently. You should've seen some of the first haircuts my mom gave me 🤣

Anyway! Thanks a lot. You're seriously so talented. How long does it take you to draw stuff like this? It would take me a year and it still wouldn't look that good. Buildings I can do. People? Not so much lol

As for my favorite hobby, I do like writing a lot. Gaming doesn't really count as a hobby (at least according to my mom). I also like exploring and climbing. It's a bit tricky and dangerous, but I had this dream once when I was a kid about being a world famous explorer and finding all sorts of new worlds since no one else could really get to them.

Fun, yeah?

Thanks for staying with my posts for so long. It's so cool that there are loads of people out there who I've never met who I would consider my friends.

As for my condition, yeah I'm pretty okay with it. I mean, it just makes me a little different and a touch fragile, but I still get to do all of the things that I want to do. I get to write and play music. I also get to play games with my friends and chat with them online.

Do I wish I could do things like normal kids my age? Yeah, but that would make me someone different. Right?

And it just goes to show that you can have something and be a little different but still get all the enjoyment and do all the things you want.

As my mom says, if there's a will, there's a way.

Weird dream last night. Well... more like a nightmare.

Anyone ever have a dream that feels so real it's like it's actually happening? Like, you think you get your arm cut and when you wake up you check to see if your arm was actually hurt but it wasn't?

I hope this makes some kind of sense anyway.

I had this weird dream that I was really young and was running. I couldn't breathe very well and everything was all blurry. There were these weird shadows all around, like an eclipse, but everything was MASSIVE. Like, everything was hundreds of times bigger than what it usually is.

Anyway, the dream blacks out and then it's completely dark. There are flashes of light here and there and I'm in some kind of boat. Rain is pouring down. I was with some kind of group but, when I turned around, all I could see was them being swept away by the rain. Last thing that happened was that I saw a shadow that dragged me away.

I usually don't get spooked by dreams, but this one had me startled awake. This is probably TMI, but I basically woke up in a puddle of sweat.

Anyway, what were your dreams last night? I could use some positive dreams and good vibes today.

Weird dream last night! I think I was some kind of employee at this restaurant and was getting this stage ready when someone came up to me and was asking for help. I don't know how I knew, but I was part of some kind of underground railroad operation to get people out of bad situations and had this whole setup in the kitchen, which kind of looked like my kitchen. I don't remember a lot of the plot, but I know we talked about the underground railroad in my tutoring session the other day, so I know where that came from at least.

D&D Character Idea

Hey there!

So, I have this idea for my own Dungeons and Dragons character.

His name is Tal'el, and he's a Sprite. Basically, he is this small, fairy-like person who is a poison master for his people. He knows herbs and medicines as well as the more dangerous side of plants. He can fly around and do all sorts of fun things. He's not really a fighter, but he knows how to use a bow and arrow.

Then, after some tragic things happen to his tribe (not sure what to fill in there yet), he meets some adventurers and decides he wants to go out adventuring and exploring. He also wants to solve the mystery of what happened to his people.

Sound... okay? Let me know what you think or if it's a bad idea. I'm new to this whole thing.

Parker, would you rather have non-human ears and a tail or insect wings that would let you fly?

Huh... I've never really thought about it. I think insect wings to let me fly. I love flying dreams and like the idea of being able to get all over the place.

What would you choose? Do the "non-human ears" and tail give me extra balance and super hearing? My answer is still the same regardless.

Dream Journal!

April 15

So, I had this crazy dream last night. I was in SPACE! It was kind of like Ender's Game, but I was floating around in this crazy training area with all of these geometric cubes and pyramids and prisms flying around. I was completely weightless and was bouncing around from place to place trying to avoid the enemy.

The panels were transparent, like they were made of a rainbow glass, and had lights along the edges that glowed when I touched them. It was probably some kind of signal to let the enemy or other teammates know my location.

I don't remember the main reason we were there, but seeing the vast darkness of space with all the stars and bouncing around weightless was reason enough for me!

Anyone else like flying dreams? Space and flying are my two favorite dream types to have, and I got both!
