already got all this set up just need to finish it. im currently doing the second pass of sketches + revisions, and then lineart and shading/halftones

In their world, if youre able to use magic (its not inane and anyone can learn the scripts with enough time and dedication) you’re able to modify your body through rituals that you routinely perform and upkeep (think like how if you summon a tower in dnd u can summon it everyday till it becomes permanent)

the ritual Red performs by default has them infertile, but if they wish to be fertile, they’d have to do some more and slightly different rituals. sex between people who wish to have babies but are unable to conceive through natural means can perform a ritual with runes drawn on the surface theyre going to be performing the act on (usually a floor) yay crazy style witchy sex

but ill share everything here too!! i’m in the process of writing a comic (not smut) ontop of my smut so i have a ton to to say about them.

theyre the type of pair who are incredibly smart as individuals, but get sooooo painfully stupid when u mash em together. they have very different approaches and different types of smarts so they often bump heads even though they always end up with the same result

Surprising tidbit about the characters:

Red’s secret hobby is embroidery and they’re soooo obsessed with keeping order and organization so they have each day of the week embroidered into their outfits, all the way down to the boxers! Another random fact is that, back at home, Red helps out at their parents’ mart and all their neighbors think theyre the sweetest ever, meanwhile at school, theyre incredibly unapproachable and can be really mean.

Serena is the oldest sister to three other siblings and they all idolize her despite her being sooo catty with them. they have two moms who are both very strict, and Serena having lowkey a soft spot for her siblings, would help them get away with shenanigans. in return, theyre like little minions to her

Favourite Subject:

They both attend a mage college and Red’s fav class would be a mix of arcana history and world history. Red is deep into uncovering the truth and discovering hidden knowledge.

Meanwhile, Serena excels in rune scripting (writing spells and calligraphy) with an interest in arcana history as well. She can decipher ancient magical scripts and recreate them effortlessly.

Who’s most likely to get tricked by a mimic?

Red is a bit more perceptive and is very keen on overanalyzing, meanwhile Serena tends to not think before doing as she follows her instincts more than her common sense so i’d say Serena🤭 shes the type to fuck around and find out

If they were dragons what would their hoards be?

Red: Anything of historical significance and value. Tomes, books, scriptures, maps.

Serena: anything containing secrets, gossip, uncommon knowledge, fears
