Lady Aphrodite is in the way you let yourself cry about the ones you love even when you know you might get told to "calm down"
Lady Aphrodite is in the way you go to the bathroom to calm down. when you look around you see a hairbrush and for no reason start brushing your hair realising you werent ugly at all. your beautiful when you cry
Lady Aphrodite is in the way when you finally calm down you tie up/style your hair taking slow deep breaths admitting that in reality, you love your family no matter the arguments.
Lady Aphrodite is going back outside to face your family, you expect them to reprimand you for how you stood your ground. instead you get a hug and your mother/father/family figure tells you "i love you, your so strong. im so proud" I love Lady Aphrodite

Here Me Out:
Thrift stores but for witches/pagans/Spirtiual fellows.
Imagine during this age of consumerism especially on the rise of witchcraft and tarot lately there should be a cheaper and affordable way to get supplies and items than paying a fortune. Yes used but it can really help the community! Today People are spending money like their life depends on them especially on witchcraft tools and items a lot of sellers are taking advantage on those in the community. To be less involved in consumerism and help the environment and the community we should start donate to stores of used witch items, books, decks, statues, instead of having people rely on Amazon or other retailers who don’t give a rat ass about these items, overprice, not knowing if the item is fake or not, plus where they get these items can be shady and unethical. Of course support your local metaphysical shop, heck you can donate used items at your metaphysical if they let you ofc just ask before hand. It’s super helpful and more charitable as well. I don’t ever throw out my tarot decks or burn them, but cleanse them and resell them on Poshmark, Etsy, any websites that may pay for used items.
Of course this is just a suggestion and my thoughts! You don’t have to people may have other reasons or beliefs why they cannot donate which is perfectly okay. Just sharing my two cents! :)

‼️ Emergency commissions ‼️
Okay, this is a bit out of my daily content but i really need your help.
I'm a patient who takes four meds per day, i currently lack enough money to buy them and i cannot stop taking my medications, plus i need to buy a new phone or a laptop to work and study.
So i'll be opening art commissions for $5 USD, for that price i will draw almost ANYTHING (even nsfw), the only things that i wouldn't do is anything that i'm uncomfortable doing.
If you want examples of my art or if you have a question please send a dm.

what's your experience/s with apollo like? :)
I have had plenty of positive experiences with Apollo-
Mainly he's a kind of bright force in my life, a reminder that he's there and keeping watch. I've asked him for things in the past, even before working with him, and he's always guided me to what I need.
The reason I started working with him was due to a panic prayer during a turmutulous time- that he helped guide me through. I've been devoted ever since, due to my gratitude :)
Thanks for the ask!

Hey folks, this image of Apollo was done for a private commission. Xoxo
The following text is reposted from my previous Apollo Olympians image.
“Phoebus, of you even the swan sings with clear voice to the beating of his wings, as he alights upon the bank by the eddying river Peneus; and of you the sweet-tongued minstrel, holding his high-pitched lyre, always sings both first and last…And so hail to you, lord! I seek your favor with my song.” (-Homeric Hymn, translated by H.G. Evelyn white)
APOLLO (uh-PAH-low), God of prophecy, oracles, music, art, protector of and disease of boys and men, and archery. Just as his twin sister Artemis is patron to women and girls, Apollo is both protector, and killer from disease of boys and men. In my Illustration the god holds his bow and arrows behind, while he strums the lyre gifted to him by trickster Hermes. Near the sun flies his ally and divine messenger, a white raven. The column on the right is capped with a cow, representing his sacred animal as a god of herds. The serpent Python sits dead at his feet, killed by Apollo’s arrow so that the god could take over the Delphi temple location. The temple complex sits beneath the god, while on the far right, the Pythia (Apollo’s oracle priestess) sits upon a tripod, breathing the hallucinatory gasses seeping up from the earth to get her prophecies which she bestows upon visitors.
The laurel tree has associations with Apollo because the god, chasing a Naiad (water nymph) named Daphne call out to Gaia (mother earth) for help, who transformed the nymph into a laurel tree, which the god adopted as his sacred tree. In book 1 of the Iliad, Apollo supports the Trojans by raining down a plague on the Greeks, and later helping Paris to kill Achilles. Apollo’s cruelty is shown in Ovid’s mythical lyre contest with the inventor of the flute; a satyr named Marsyas. When Apollo suggested they play their instruments upside down, the satyr lost, and was flayed (skinned) alive as punishment for his hubris.

No matter what kind of spirituality or faith you practice, you should be educated on spiritual psychosis and how to recognize its signs. The more awareness we spread about this, the less harm over time to religious communities across the globe. Learning about spiritual psychosis saves lives.

May Aphrodite bless you with courage to love yourself and to love others. 🌊
May Selene bless you with enough rest and less loneliness, knowing she is there when you look up into the sky. 🌙
May Apollo bless you with inspiration and creativity, so you can create to your hearts desire. ☀️

If you can, a subtle and effective way to worship not only your fellow human, but also the gods of culture and music, (Apollo, Dionysus, Hephaestus, ECT) is to put a dollar or so in the hats or guitar cases of street musicians and performers! I like to think of them as the manifestations of such deities saying hi to us through our fellow humans. I felt compelled to do this today, and plus, it’s always great to support artists! ❤️🎶

Know that at a glance, your deities have seen every part of you that lies within, and they loved you enough to stick around. The "horrible flaws" that you think you have may not be as horrible as you believe they are.
At the very least, your deities have seen your potential for change, and they knew so confidently that you were capable of it that they have remained by your side to help you along your path. It takes a considerable amount of love and care for someone to do that.

I feel like, maybe we dont talk about how mundane some practices can look? You know? As a whole im so here for the spooky vibes. But thats not my day to day practices. Thats not what makes me feel grounded and in love with my practice.
To me it looks like offering portions of my meal to my ancestors (who i generally honor as a whole unit not individuals). Pouring out pomegranate juice or whatever fun thing im drinking to the gods. Lighting the one candle i have for all of them in the morning and keeping it burning all day when im home. Picking flowers for deities. Chillin. Chatting with deities on my walks to work. Knitting as devotionals to them. Preparing food thats good for my body with them (altar in the kitchen ofc) and salting and sweeping the floors at the end of the week to bring in fresh energy for the week ahead.
Its become so ingraned in my life its begun to just feel like part of it. Not something i have to force to work.
Of course i do more elaborate spirit work.
Of course i do larger devotional practice.
But the smaller practices can have big changes. Especially when people (me) can struggle to clean or eat at all.
Big witchcraft is incredible. Please also do whatever small and humble things work for you along side the beautiful showy side of witchcraft. You deserve to be taken care of.
You deserve to show love and compassion to yourself.
Please remember that ❤
