Late night dinner special! So yesterday I went to sleep late and woke up late. Oh and did I also mention there’s the new corona hours and there’s a curfew in Broward? Okay so I had to fend for myself! I had ravioli, evaporated milk, pancetta, and sun dried tomatoes! Add some onions, garlic, cheese, toasted bread crumbs- and Baaaaaaby you got yourself a meal. Do you have to use evaporated milk- no you certainly don’t! You can use half/half or cream! Do you have to use sun dried tomatoes- no you don’t! You can use regular tomatoes or skip them all together! Do you have to use ravioli- you certainly DO NOT! Any pasta or even cauliflower could work to for a keto option! It was so delicious and rich- it hit the spot though! Tell me what you think???? Wanna make flan? Follow this video!!! Recipe 5 egg yolks 2 whole eggs 12 oz of evaporated milk 14 oz of sweet condensed milk 1/2 cups of heavy cream 1/2 tsp of salt 2 tsp of vanilla extract 1/2 cups of sugar 1/3 cups of water Place you flan pan in a warm oven In a pot put sugar and water and cook down until brown. Swirl occasionally do not stir! In a bowl place your yolks, eggs, milk, cream, condensed milk, vanilla, and salt, and mix well. Pour caramel in the warm pan allow to harden for a few minutes. Using a strainer- pour custard mixture over harden caramel. Place pan in a water bath and bake for 75 mins. Once cooked cool down and place in the fridge for at least 12 hrs.
