Day 8 of #letsgetflexyin2015 eka pada sirasana. Never knew I could do this before YTT so I'm really thankful for this increased body awareness. Now I'm more aware of which areas are more open and which are tighter. :D

Day 9 of #letsgetflexyin2015 tortoise pose kurmasana. Today, I passed my teaching assessment! I still have to do my theory and practical exams though. Day 26 of #bestrongin2015 flying pigeon pose. I managed to somewhat fly my pigeon for the first time!! Even though i can’t hold it haha. I could take a very pretty screenshot and fake it but I shall keep it real with this video of me falling on my nose. It’s okay to struggle and fall. Day 27 #bestrongin2015 tucked handstand. I’ve never tried a handstand in my life before starting on YTT. But I remember we were asked to try jumping and landing our butts on the wall. I couldn’t do it by the way. When I finally did it after 100 tries… I thought, hey I could probably do handstands someday too. Today I decided to try to jump into a straight handstand and hey almost there!! Not exactly successful but I’ve definitely made significant progress in my handstand journey 🙏💕 (at Tirisula Yoga)
