hi everyone! missed yall sm!!
today’s post will be a cross-over between loass & self-dev, hope you like it!
0. disclaimers
first of all, I wanna preface this by saying that I’m absolutely not gonna impose limitations on what you need to do in order to manifest. manifestation is simple, and you don’t need to ‘fix’ anything within yourself in order to manifest.
and I am ofc not here to shame you for struggling with addictions, just offering a mindset perspective on them. also, my advice is not medical & this post mainly refers to everyday unhealthy habits so don’t apply it to severe or clinical-level addictions without seeking a professional.
when I say urges, I am not talking about actively wanting to do x thing that society might deem unacceptable or excessive. for example, wanting to just spend your day doing nothing out of genuine desire, even if others would call you lazy for that. rather, I am talking about you, within yourself & according to your own code, feeling quite unhappy during/after your actions because that’s genuinely not how you wanna use up your time & energy.
also, I don’t subscribe to the grind/male-centric idea of what it means to be disciplined. to put it simply, if you feel out of control when it comes to your actions & habits + out of control when it comes to what manifests or plays out in your reality, then you’re describing two sides of the same coin.
1. why make this post?
because the path to mastering manifestation can look different for everyone. this is what I realised when I delved into what techniques work for me and when I noticed how different things like mental discipline & manifestation correlate. if this post doesn’t resonate w you & you’re alr happy with how manifesting is going for you, then wipe it off your mind.
at the end of the day, I am writing this cos I know there’s others like me who both value discipline & want to have a say in what happens in their reality — and who upon reading this post, will be motivated to work more towards that. like I said lack of discipline & feeling out of control are both issues with the same root cause, so if you fix one, you’re fixing both. and with that, let’s dive in!
2. the path to self-trust
if you are someone who truly feels like you can’t trust yourself when it comes to promises you make to yourself: saying stuff like oh! today I will do x, y, & z but you don’t and end up feeling genuinely dissatisfied with how you acted today, then you’re probably feeling out of control when it comes to life itself. and that’s not a cute look for a master manifestor. if you can’t do something as simple as command your brain to not indulge in addictions, then are you truly capable of directing your brain when comes to your thoughts on your reality? because at the end of the day, urges are just that: thoughts.
if you can’t even control your mind in terms of what you crave, can you control your focus & reactions to the 3d? if you can’t control your urges & impulses, can you truly say that you can control your thoughts & state-of-being? can you truly be firm when things don’t appear your way? sure you might manifest successes here and there, but are you confident enough to say that you have mastered reality?
discipline builds self-trust, when you can keep the promises you make to yourself, you show cohesion and trust within all of your mind. your mind is not on board with your plans only when you’re in the mood. you don’t just affirm when you feel like it. and self-trust is sexy because it builds self-confidence, and that builds your self-concept! so if you want a more ‘actionable’ way to build self-concept, start with building discipline & self-trust!
3. disciplined mind = disciplined reality
I promise you when you start doing the things that you actually wanna do, not the things you feel pressured or urged to do, reality will feel quite controllable. you won’t be spiralling because if you can control your urges, you sure as hell can control your other emotional states. ofc emotions don’t manifest, but doesn’t it feel fvcking great to be stable and calm at all times?
I am not here to shame you into changing, esp. when you’re happy with how things are going. I am not here to say u’re ‘lazy’ or ‘lacking drive.’ quite the contrary! for me, becoming more discipline was about working LESS and becoming devoted to what I personally want, not what society wants. the more disciplined I became, the more fun I introduced into my life, because I don’t do things cos I ‘have’ to or because I ‘need’ to, I do them because I WANT and I CAN & so now my desires have no choice but to show up, not because they have/need to but because I want them to & I know I can do it.
4. identity shifting
here’s a challenge for you: can you control your mind enough to the point where quitting anything feels effortless? can you live every moment of your day in accordance to how you see the ideal version of you living? because that right there is true self control!
personally, I like this challenge because it is easy to track & evaluate. for context, when I decided that I will become someone disciplined, someone who keeps herself in check despite wtv emotions I am feeling, I used both loass & traditional self-dev techniques to make that work, and guess what? months later, I am still as disciplined as I wanted to be.
why? because I shifted my identity to be a disciplined person. and if you’ve been here long enough, you know that identity shifting is the most ‘automatic’ way to get what you want. so as a by-product of this shift, I noticed that I got better at sticking to my true story & instant manifestation. getting what I want felt effortless cos my mind, now disciplined, can never make things difficult for me, not mentally or emotionally.
5. the psychology of discomfort
and speaking of emotions, I wanna elaborate more on the emotional/psychological pov to why controlling yourself is the key to controlling your life. becoming a disciplined person requires sitting with discomfort. discomfort of what? discomfort of thoughts that you’re ignoring. if you cannot sit down with unpleasant thoughts, do you really think you change them? if someone truly believes they’re rich, do you think they’d scroll through their phone all day to avoid thinking about a bill that’s coming up?
when you face your thoughts & don’t run away from them, you… a. learn their depth and true form, b. understand that they’re just thoughts, and c. get real-time opportunity to flip your thoughts instead of letting them run in the background.
you have to start seeing your addictions as signals, signals that you have some type of fear which was born out of some type of thought that you need to address. and you can address it through traditional healing techniques like journalling or meditation and/or loass techniques such as flipping your thoughts or some form of saturation.
6. takeaway
addiction = fear = unaligned thoughts
higher self trust → higher self confidence → higher self concept
disciplining yourself means you’ve mastered ur mind and w it reality
using a combination of healing & manifesting techniques to become more self-disciplined will teach you a lot about how to manifest, such as how to build ur self concept & identity shift

but if I were u I will take it as a good sign that some heavy shift is happening within you. your deepest beliefs are changing rapidly which is a lot for your body to take in

how can i manifest the cure of my chronic headache? it has no cure
I remember a time I used to feel incredible physical pain. it wasn't exactly chronic but reoccurring, so I hope this helps!
my way of manifesting it away (I did that before knowledge of loa) was to affirm it away every time it came up. I would affirm with tears streaming down my eyes that I feel no pain.
eventually it will stop and I will just go about my day, not worrying if it will show up again. I might've affirmed too hard that it made me highly pain tolerant lol.

it is really my belief that physical body changes are the easiest to manifest cos your mind 100% has control over your body and the feeling of pain comes from your mind, not body after all

hey! I wanted to create a master list for all that I manifested but Idt that's possible cos we manifest all the time + I manifest a lot of things per day/week, so here's just what I got out of my own subs over time! will also include some success stories from some comments too!

my lips are much fuller and vibrant, actually they are kinda tearing up bc of how much larger they got lol (they're healing fast tho so dw + I think they're just a lil chapped cos of the heat & some dehydration)

this is one of my favourite subs cos it was a start of a new era when it came to how I formulate my subs. I got such a shock when I first listen to it and it is an umbrella aff so I can't exactly provide results but I feel grateful, peaceful + I see much more beauty, opportunities, and fun in my life!

this sub is crazy! I remember I woke up, ran some errands, then created it and listened to it for like 4 times then I got SO sleepy like my mind was super tired even tho I jusy started my day (probs cos of the amount of affirmations like it is that powerful!). ever since I started listening to it I have become so aware of myself and changed a lot on the inside (I think my ego died a lil lol). I really feel much happier with myself in a way that is detached from my ego :)

I had the best bday ever! not bc of its extravagance, but rather its peace. my bdays were either a time of stress to look like I have a thriving social life or ignored (even by me cos it was too painful to face the pain of other's indifference). but with this sub, I really felt calm and grateful for the first time on my bday <3

yeah, I have my df. it's actually crazy cos I thought I was the ugliest growing up.

I haven't really applied to anything important yet, unless you count a UN bootcamp :0
the sub does also concern finding opportunities which I can atest to! I don't like for them and the just show up in the most unexpected ways, like they're made for me.

I love this sub! I feel so energised and like such an overachiever. whenever I am unmotivated I listen to it and feel sm ready to tackle the day!

this is a mindset + wish granter sub, since using it I can feel even more of lifes magic and I really do think it is a great booster before listening to anything!!

& the power of focus

hi everyone! today I wanna talk about how we create false gods in our lives, how that harms us, and the importance of directing our focus! this is a topic that has been on my mind recently as I think it is foundational to everyone who wants to work on their mindset, mental diet, and manifest better life outcomes.

p.s: I do believe in god but I believe this post is still helpful from an loa/spiritual persective. so, with that being said, let's discuss!
✿ part 1: ways we create false gods in our lives
I'd say there two main ways we do that: making ourselves smaller and making others bigger.
when we make ourselves small, we victimise ourselves becoming paranoid about the world and thinking that others have this special advantage over you. I see this a lot in the loa community where some believe that others have some kinda special knowledge and power that they don't posses, when in reality it is just them being more disciplined, more consistent, and more trusting of loa.
it could also be about feeling insignificant in the face of your circumstances. like thinking that the 3d (physical reality) is what is ruling your life and not ur mind. also believing in conspiracies and secret society theories or ideas that are designed to instill fear within you, making u think that someone is out there to get you.
as for making others bigger in your mind, this happens a lot in celebrity and fan culture when you start seeing them as more than human. also when you idolise other people's attention (for example: analysing others behavours around you and ruminating over negative meanings of it). and also you pay wayyyy too much attention to other people’s lives like your peers and worrying too much about competition, not realising that there's no competition when you are your own life's creator.
essentially, when you start worrying/thinking too much about something or someone outside yourself, you have formed a false god in your mind.
✿ part 2: the harm of false idolisation and victimisation
so what's the harm in that? well first, it is such a waste of time and energy on something that won't serve you. also it will only create unnecessary worry and anxiety within your mind. you start to see yourself as powerless and your life as out of ur control. you might also engage in behaviours that cause you to lose yourself in the process, such as people pleasing.
your life will become vapid and shallow since your focus is on shit that really doesn't matter. you will also start to associate this great amount of omnipotence and power with something other than god (if u believe in one), bankrupting you spiritually. like you are some insignificant string being pulled along by someone more powerful than you or god, or by circumstances that you believe you cannot change.
small tip: whenever you start to worry too much remind yourself that you are starting to create a false god in your mind. this works wonders for me to quickly disengage from unhelpful thoughts and remind myself of my power.
✿ part 3: the power of focus and attention
obviously, if you practice lao, you know that what you focus on is what you create. if you dwell in other people's lives or opinions, you're then not dwelling enough in the life you wanna create. focus is like a currency to what you wanna see play out in your life: what you pay attention to is what you prioritise and is what you will get more of.
in my case, when I started focusing on the life I wanna live, that's when opportunities, successes, etc. started flooding my life.
and that also applies to what you consume cos your mental diet is hugely shaped by your media diet. basically, what you consume (see, hear) and create (say, think) creates patterns of belief in your mind, materialising in reality.
ofc, you can always engage something outside of you that entertains you but don’t lose sight of your own live’s vision. really consider whether what your're watching is adding to your life somehow. make sure you’re using it, not it using you.
a big example of that is social media: you can either curate the perfect fyp to see posts that make you happy, remind you that your dream life is possible, serve as loa tips/reminders or you could consume content that is designed to suck you in and make you angry, anxious, or hopeless.
you decide.
another related term to focus that I wanna talk about is presence and how it is essentially the key to living a happy life.
when you focus on what truly matters, you find excitement and passion again, creating a life you're proud of. being present and focusing on yourself also allows you to practice intentional and mindful living. so you take your time to do the things you care about, you connect back to your spirituality, you realise that you’re more than a physical vessel, and you find yourself again beneath all of society's chatter.
this ultimately builds confidence and trust within you: you become an inspired creator instead of a powerless victim around the people who you look up to and also with 3d circumstances, which you now understand are just past relfections of old beliefs and are easily changeable.
and I think holding such mindset is beautiful :)

I guess so? well... shifting and manifesting are two sides of the same coin: manifesting is shifting into a reality where you have your desire and shifting is manifesting an entirely new reality
I never intentionally tried to reality shift (just manifest certain changes or desires in my life) but I did shift accidentally a few times cos I love daydreaming, visualising, meditating, and self hypnosis
actually, maladaptive daydreaming was my coping mechanism as a child and I got really good at it that I essentially 'lived' there so I would count that as shifting
I also had a few sessions of deep meditation or self hypnosis where I entered deep trance and void states. when I woke up from them I noticed some inconsistencies in my reality and some things in my life rn don't exactly line up with my memory so ig you could say I perma shifted to a better version of my reality
+ I am very much into dream decoding and have lucid dreamed or had reoccuring dreams where I was in a different reality a few times
so, idk much about shifting techniques and whatnot but I do find it fascinating!

hmm, I can't share everything but I am happy to provide some. I have a couple of posts around that but off the top of my head, here are a few:
• appearance change like I got my desired face, body hair loss, clear skin, bigger eyes, longer lashes and fuller brows, different facial structure, fuller lips, faster muscle growth, symmetrical face & body, etc.
• money!!
• full ride scholarship + desired uni
• gifts, just the other day I randomly got a smart watch just because
• dream wardrobe
• massive opportunities that I always wanted to have
• certain situations playing out exactly how I wanted, desired life plot ig?
• people in and out my life — I don't manifest sps & relationships directly but ig working on sc makes you attractive to the people you like + makes things go how you want without you consciously manifesting it
• desired friendships
• desired contact with some influencers
• changing my parents & home situation
• perfect gpa (even tho I don't really study or work hard in my classes) & natural intellect
• popularity within my major
• huge confidence in public!
• princess treatment
• being productive and healthy
• my friend's leg not being broken after being in an accident
• becoming more talented in singing, drawing, writing, and other hobbies without even practicing
• driving licence (even tho I was scared shitless of driving)
• new car on my bday (not for me tho cos I don't like driving lol)
• a fun, exciting & also peaceful life!!
• desired bday
• pretty sure I quantum jumped / shifted a few times cos people look at me crazy when I remember things being different around here lol
• just for fun I did the purple car challenge and it worked + I did the same for lime cars (cos I needed more confirmation lol) in one of my bus trips and I saw one (I still see both lime and purple cars to this day) + recently saw a lime & purple car in the uni so yeah, the law is real 100%
• mental peace — my mindset around life has drastically shifted (no longer in what felt like a rat race) + my mind is a safe space for me now <3
• and a high sc ofc

⭐ yes, I am a nepo baby. I was born rich and I will grow richer. it's all true. I was born to be famous and to be successful. and yeah it is true that I am also overwhelmingly beautiful and that I was admired by everyone since I was an infant. all that is said about me is true. since I was born, I was spoiled. I was always pampered, it's like I have been treated like a royal !! everyone treats me well, and with respect ofc. I very much get whatever I want from anyone around me. this world, with all of its living creatures, literally exist to serve me.
🪐 yeah, I do get what I want every single time. I ask once for it and it materialises. I set my mind on something and I instantly get it. I don't have to try hard to get what I want. since I desired it, the whole universe's full time job has been to give it to me. I don't care how hard or extraordinary my desire is, I will have it. spoilers! I am the main character here, so I am gonna get it cos I said so. the mere fact that I was born made me worthy of it. my desires are easy requests, they're never too good to be true. I received much more in the past anyway so I am sure I will get more. my desires are not above me. I am the one on the pedestal here!
💛 it is true that I was born with immense privileges and I am so so grateful for that. I am thankful every day to be born into this amazing life. my life has been fun and quite remarkable since the day I was born. confidence was instilled in me since day one by everyone around me, especially my family. one of my biggest blessings is growing up around very ambitious people who fueled my own ambition and drived me to be even more successful! I am also so thankful to be surrounded by an incredible support system that gives me a sense of security and confidence when navigating life. honestly, my family and network have always provided me with great opportunities that allowed me to shine like the star I am!

hii zai tha is for answering my questions. I'm thinking to do the knee one for psych k but how would I carry that out if I'm sitting down?
hii kat!
hmm... if you're talking about the cross-crawl one, I think as long as your limbs cross over in some way, for example you reach your left arm to your right knee or you lift your right knee to your left arm while sitting then it will be effective. I am not sure how effective though.
psych k works on the premise that when our limbs cross from one side to another then this creates a form of super learning where both sides of the brain are engaged in learning, it also makes us feel good or relaxed to cross our legs for example

My boyfriend is coming for a 4 day visit to where I live. My parents don't know him in person and they don't agree that he should stay here because they don't trust him and I still live with my parents. I am really afraid that he will come and that my parents will not like him, that he will leave or that they will make me feel ashamed, my parents are very disciplined and they do not let me have a boyfriend and I am 19 and my boyfriend is the same. He will come from far away, there are a few days left and I don't know what to do because I know that they will say no.
first, breathe in for 4, hold for 6, and exhale for 8.
I know things can be scary right now. I know that the situation seems dire, but you gotta trust. I need you to know that things will be alright.
understand this: your parents are not the validation, not even your boyf, you are. you get to decide if you will let situation get the best of you. you decide whether it worked out. you know you're stronger than that. and I am sure that even if the circumstances don't seem favourable, everything will be okay.
so decide now that it all worked out, return back to this decsion whenever you need to.
& if you want some practical advice on techniques to use,
I suggest that you do more nsr techniques such as meditation, slient walks, eft tapping, etc. just try to stay present rn, don't overthink your circumstances and fuel your negative thoughts. also I recommend listening to subs/affirmation tapes that make you feel good, and are mental health and life related.
these are usually my go to: I do some eft tapping, go on a walk and if I am too tired: I lay down, listen to feel good and umbrella subs and try to relax or sleep
