I love this and want to learn more about tapping.
Peep my girl @theabundanceceo on IG. She has plenty of videos on the matter as it's been a part of her journey as well.
Healing your nervous system will give you a sense of clarity that few other things can provide. When your nervous system finally feels at ease, you’re able to see things through a sharp and clear lens. You’re no longer clouded by fear, uncertainty, the past and what it was, or the unknown future. You’re rooted in the here and now, able to assess everything from that clear perspective.
Ever since I began my journey of EFT tapping, I’ve allowed my nervous system to finally feel at ease in my body after years of living in survival mode. It has helped me heal the parts of myself that felt I constantly needed to prove myself to others or needed certain people in my life for it to feel worthwhile. I stopped trying to perform likeability. I stopped forcing myself into spaces and around people that were never meant for me in the first place.
Now that my nervous system is calm and at rest, I can look back and see objectively that the reason I wanted to fit in so badly was because I was seeking safety and comfort in others; comfort that should have come from me first. Now that I’m more healed, I realize I don’t need to be around those people. I no longer have FOMO. I no longer feel I must be everywhere or perform at a certain level just to keep people in my life.
Now I see people for who they are and how they show up, and from a position of strength and power, I can decide if I want them in my life or not, if something is worth pursuing or not. I feel safe in knowing that if they’re not in my life, it won’t harm me. And there is no amount of money that can buy this kind of self-assurance and peace.
A lot of the ways we show up in the world come from our nervous system carrying burdens so heavy that it has no bandwidth left to think clearly or process emotions and the world around us with clarity. But there is hope. Rationalization alone won’t heal you, it takes somatic work. But it can be done. And when you do it, you’ll finally be able to show up in the world in ways that align with how your higher self would have behaved all along.

From the article:
Global emissions of local air pollutants have probably passed their peak. The chart shows estimates of global emissions of pollutants such as sulphur dioxide (which causes acid rain), nitrogen oxides, and black and organic carbon. These pollutants are harmful to human health and can also damage ecosystems. It looks like emissions have peaked for almost all of these pollutants. Global air pollution is now falling, and we can save many lives by accelerating this decline.
While air pollution hasn't peaked everywhere, things will only get better from here if trends in cleaner energy and manufacturing continue.
This is one of those examples of slow progress in solving a big problem that doesn't get celebrated, even though it represents a huge step for human health and well-being.

From the article:
“This clearly demonstrates the growing role of wind and solar in the US energy system,” said Nicolas Fulghum, senior analyst at global energy think tank Ember. “This is a first signal that the US is approaching a tipping point where clean power takes the lead over fossil generation, and where the importance of coal and gas inevitably starts to fade.” What this means is that clean energy generated more than half – 50.8% – of US electricity for the first month on record. The record was driven by a surge in wind and solar power, which hit a new high of 24.4% of US electricity in March 2025.
They can say "drill baby drill" as much as they want to, but the reality is that the days of intensifying fossil fuel development are in the past--renewables are getting cheaper and easier to build all the time and everyone can see the writing on the wall.

You are not inherently an antisemite for criticizing Netanyahu or actions of the Israeli government.
You ARE inherently an antisemite if you excuse/justify/celebrate when random Israeli civilians are murdered.
Israel contains half the world’s Jews- you can’t celebrate half the world’s Jewish population dying without being an antisemite.
Watch how some so-called “activists” react to the antisemitic DC murders. If you don’t hear Jews crying out about what happened, you either follow no Jews or only tokens.

I try to seize moments where I feel good and strong because they let me have that little boost of pride that maybe all this hard work is for something after all. You’re allowed to have those.
