This is another yap post. Unfortunately, I am STILL not done drawing hatsune freaku, so this is just system/headmate/source rambling below the cut

Watching someone's source with them is either really normal, or somehow the most fucked up game of who can avoid eye contact for the longest. I'm watching Elementary with Sherlock and Watson, we're at a super important part about his character and a medical issue he's having that's interfering with his ability to work and focus

The entire time Watson is STARING HIM DOWN and Sherlock is making it a very specific point to not look at her what so ever, and every once in a while she'll look at me and motion at him and I have to act like this is totally normal.

Like headspace? Ridiculous. Sherlock Holmes is sharing front with two jjba fictives, one of which is in the midst of a very long trauma response and the other is having to keep Sherlock from worsening said trauma response as he has his own

Kinda love the fact that most characters in httyd don't have perfect teeth. Zero human dental care but they do have crazy good healthcare for if you lose a limb or two. They're very prepared to just hand you a peg leg at the drop of a hat. They recover from amputation like its a hobby tbh.

But when Snotlout lost three teeth from a punch he seemed so distraught about it. He has a missing front tooth thro his entire tenure in the franchise. Gobber has a fake tooth made from a rock that regularly falls out and he has to tap it back into place.

They literally have a holiday to celebrate the fact that so many of them have lost limbs. they have an annual 'having a stump fucking rocks!' day but no one is telling these kids to floss.

Like there is a dragon dentist and we see Gobber give the dragons fake teeth. but humans getting fake teeth seems to be an oddity almost exclusive to Gobber.

It's just such an interesting detail in the world building. They fixed an aspect of ableism but at the cost of human dentistry

I think the one thing that is never considered in SVSSS is that Shen Jiu and Shen Yuan Definetly dress differently.

PIDW seems to have never describe Shen Qingqiu’s clothing, as Shen Yuan dresses as what he Thinks a scholar should wear. Contrary to popular belief, no one’s wardrobe is static, especially if ancient China wore hundreds of layers. Shen Yuan just grabbed clothes that screams modest and scholarly.

And definitely not Shen Jiu’s Style. For one, considering Shen jius personality he wouldn’t wear a robe, despite long robes in ancient china were a signal of nobility he just wouldn’t. It’s way too impractical for cultivation in his opinion. He doesn’t want modest or scholarly, he wants to be seen as a powerful peak lord, and well, his sect siblings aren’t a good example [ except for Liu Qingge, he kinda copies his style bc shuuuu, more reasons for him to hate him. ]. So he instead goes to dressing more like a very powerful cultivator.

So I believe this official art is how he dresses, and not at all like how Shen Yuan dresses.

And that Yue Qingyuan knew Shen Jiu was gone solely because of this [ the other reasons are just to confirm it. ] but that’s besides the point.

the thing about phil inviting dan up on stage at the boncas is THE running joke of that show was how dan and phil are attached at the hip. jack and conor maynard who were hosting and some of the award presenters all kept making quips about it because the majority of the (oh so many) videos that were nominated were joint content. hell even dan and phil were in on it, phil kept "accidentally" walking out on stage "looking for the bathroom" as part of their setup for the internet is here performance at the end and then dan would walk in after him because lol ex dee of course they're going to piss together

and idk to me that all makes the gesture hit so much harder. everyone spent the entire show going lol dan and phil can't spend a second apart and then phil so painfully earnestly goes actually? yeah. all jokes aside we really are attached at the hip and i love that and i want it to stay that way and it wouldn't feel right to accept this award without dan, so i'd like to share this with him as well
