I'm currently losing weight by calorie deficit and exercise, and I wanted to share how it's been going so far!
I should have done this sooner, but only now just realized how helpful it would be, both for me and for anyone who reads this, to see my progress!
Here's some side-by-sides, these are 1 1/2 months apart 🩷
Bust: 42 > 40in
Waist: 36 > 31in
Hips: 47 > 44in
I think I really needed to see this! I've been feeling a little down because losing weight is a slow process, and it felt like nothing had changed. But I see it now! I'm so glad I started taking progress photos 🩷

Did a solid hour of swimming. I might have to look into seeing if someone could give me tips on swimming form and such. I am getting much faster and better at swimming though!
Afterwards, I went for a walk to hit my 10.5k steps! It's also a great excuse to listen to a podcast or talk to someone on the phone!
45 more lbs just need to make a good couple more lifestyle changes and Ik I can drop it. I weigh myself every time little lady has a dr appts (they leave the scales on in the rooms) and I had a realization….I’ve lost 100lbs since having her. It’s crazy what a healthy relationship, environment, and some lifestyle changes will do for you. Just kinda dawned on me today that I’ve lost that much. I don’t feel nor look like it at all but still crazy to me. Slowly but surely I shall get to the lifestyle I want/crave.

Whoops accidentally took a few weeks hiatus but we are back at it!
I'm guessing I ran around 1-2 miles. I ran farther and faster too! I also walked around 8 miles.
I ended my walk around a cemetery, so I ended up extending my walk and praying a rosary for the dead and those in purgatory. It's honestly one of my favorite things to do if I have time and I'm grateful to live near such a nice cemetery.
I feel great and I'm glad the sun is setting later so I can exercise easier when I'm off work!
