This stuff doesn’t happen overnight..... 😳🤷‍♂️ A little context. Back in 2011..... I didn’t have a clue who I was, my purpose, I was just living.... Hung out, drank and just did my thing. Insecure, anxiety, quiet, shy, and didn’t know how to be me. 7 years later I’m more focused than ever... I have my purpose and I’m carrying it out. I cut people out, I cut habits out, I’ve overcome the injuries, the set backs, the holes; mentally, emotionally and financially. I’ve spent hours upon hours in the gym putting my body through hell. Truth is at the time I didn’t know why.... I just wanted to because it made me feel better and it was a healthy goal..... I knew I was/ wired differently. I didn’t have the support system I didn’t have the cheer section. All I had/ have is me. Trying to be better each and everyday. I’m thankful for all of it. It’s pushed me to see what I’m capable of. When I set goals I crush them. I’ve never had the money I’ve never had anything handed to me... I work... I fall... I fall... and I FAIL...... Only to learn. These trials have brought me here.... I’m craving success. I look and feel the best I ever have..... Shit gets wayyyy harder before it gets easier and that’s okay. I’m not done and pretty soon it’s time for a new chapter. I can do this 👊🙏🏻🤙👑

Remember .. How people treat others is a direct correlation with how they feel about themselves. By the same token .. If someone is constantly starting conflict with you take a deep breath and don't take it personal. The confrontation isn't with you it's within themselves. Paralyzed

I'm beyond lost in my thoughts.... Paralyzed by them... Making the hardest decision I've ever made... How quickly the heart can sway Holding back the tears pretending I'll be okay. Where's the courage in that? When my world seems to be falling apart around me... There's something I don't see yet... I'm not suppose to Following my heart when it's led me through hell... I truly hope I'm making the right one now. Not trusting in my struggle but trusting in the plan for me...

Inspiration

It’s not that you have to really say or do anything that brings attention.

People gravitate and look up to others going through shit. How they respond and live day to day lives.

No one cares about being perfect.

It’s humanizing people and seeing how they respond to struggles.

When it renders you helpless… What is your identity?

I don’t want positive all the time. I want REAL… And understanding and resilience. I want emotion.

People around us that understand what it’s like to feel low or insecure. Unsure about the decisions we make. That stand beside you when they say they will.

So the battles we face are always influencing ourselves and others.

Finding power in our struggles and a voice in opportunity.

Life

Life isn’t going to be easy. Not even close but I truly believe it’s a bit easier when you stop trying to compare your path to others.

Too often instead of being inspired but the substance of our inspiration we lose our identity completely

Life is very rarely linear.

There is no golden-answer.

Do the best you can.

You’re created differently, you’re meant to learn your own lessons, you have your own pain and you’re meant for your own purpose.

But most importantly you’re continuously loved. Always

Believe in yourself whole-heartedly

Follow your heart and embrace the role you create for yourself.
