The good thing is that Happiness is contagious, and the first step to achieve it, is to smile ! Yeah to SMILE ! Try to do it with someone you don't know in a bus for example, or just with a stranger on the street. I'm sure you think it makes no sense but trust me, this simple action can change the whole day of someone ! This is the easiest and the quickest way to spread it ! And no one will ever refuse to see someone smile, it's free !!!
