How’s everything going? I know there’s been a lot happening in the world. Both with everybody and in our own worlds. With everything going on with Hikaru and the Host Club and then all of the things happening on your end. It’ll all be okay though, I promise. We just need to take a step back and breath a little, yeah? Look at the bigger picture.

Beyond all that, I hope you’ve been having a good day so far, a good week, maybe even a good month! I feel I can safely say this hasn’t been a very good year for any of us. We’re nearing the end though! Would you look at that? We’re nearing it, I think, the light at the end of a long dark tunnel.

I can picture it, can’t you? The year changes and then we get a breath of fresh air. Maybe we could go on a really nice date to celebrate, you and I. My mother has all sorts of recommendations from places she’s travelled because of work. Wherever you wanna go, I’ll take you. Or maybe you don’t wanna go anywhere at all! That’s okay too! No matter the outcome, I just want you to be happy in the end.

I'm so sorry that I've been away for so long. I'm sure you miss me as much as I miss you. We haven't spent much time away from eachother since we met, and I wouldnt change it for the world.

I noticed that I've smoked twice as much since saying goodbye. I know you hate that, but I can't help it. Being away from you makes me feel strange. I even messed up a line, and that never happens! You do strange things to me, you know.

Have you been getting the selfies I've been sending. The signal on set isnt very good, I'll have to see if Seven can do something about it. Anyway, it'd be nice to get some selfies from you too. I miss seeing your cute face. I'll be sure to shower you in gifts when I return.

I hope that Jumin has been keeping his nasty comments away from you. Has he been talking about that nuisance of a cat? No, dont answer that. Just thinking of that vile thing is making my nose itch. I feel bad for you, to have to listen to all that.

I’ve been thinking about you again. Almost to the point where it’s hard for me to really think about anything else. Which has been making things difficult for me, I’ll admit, but I want to say it’s not really in a bad way. Unfortunately, I’m not really used to this whole… feelings… aspect of things. People are starting to take notice, sort of. It feels like they are. I’m pretty sure Toga knows a little more than she’s letting on.

I’m a little worried, honestly, about what this could mean. For you, for me, for us. It’s strange for me to feel this way. I’m hoping that there can be a point where I can reel it in a little. I don’t want to slip up, you know? Say or do something that could put you in danger I can’t protect you from. Is it too late to convince you to join the league?

I heard somewhere that you haven’t been feeling so great about your body. I know it can be hard to love yourself sometimes, my angel. I’m not going to talk like accepting yourself for the way you are is easy. It can definitely be a struggle sometimes. When you look at things like the media and see what is portrayed as a “beautiful person”, it can be difficult to see yourself in that same light.

However, I want you to know that I love you for you! I think you’re absolutely perfect, just the way you are. All the way from the very top of your head to the soles of your feet, I think you’re stunning, my darling. I really hope that someday, you’ll be able to see in yourself what I do. Don’t worry though! Until that day comes, I’ll be here with you, every step of the way.
