You don’t think your cute little fics are next or anything deemed “inappropriate?” Think again. They will have the right to control your access anytime for any reason.

“Oh but I’m not American, it’s not my problem.” Plenty of countries are already expressing interest in similar policies! If America gets this, you better believe you’re next and it’ll be an even easier fight! This matters! Banning of any material online will ALWAYS be your problem. Because if it’s tiktok, you think they’re gonna let Discord go? Twitch? Reddit? One by one they’ll remove any competition or threat to Facebook Meta.

hey since it's coming up again: no it's not a good thing that the government wants to ban tiktok. no you should not be glad that the government might ban tiktok. no you should not respond to this with "good riddance" or "hurry up I hate that app". I should not have to explain this to you but the government banning a social media app is still a bad thing even if you don't like the UI or booktok or having to say "unalive" or how you think it's killing the very notion of attention spans. hello anon. don't apologise, you're a breath of fresh air after the recent visitors in my inbox. I think a slightly more accurate description of Bisan’s ask is to stop or minimise all economic activity not in direct support of Palestine. Now more than ever, I would encourage people to donate to escape funds for Palestinians, to direct aid organisations like CareforGaza and the PCRF, and to buy e-sims as they’re running low.

Below I’ve compiled a list of resources below but this is definitely just a small sample size of what you can do to help during this strike. This post here is an extremely comprehensive resource that I’d recommend you have a look at.

credible organisations that are doing work on the ground in Palestine:

Care for Gaza:non-profit charity that distributes money, food and other resources directly to families in Gaza.They maintain a regular presence on Twitter and Instagram. You can donate to them via Paypal here.

PCRF / Palestine Children's Relief Fund: non-profit organisation that distributes essential food and resources to families in Gaza. Most recently, they delivered 30 tons of vital medicine, and 82,000 pounds of flour.

Medical Aid For Palestinians: deploys medical teams to treat Palestinians suffering under Israel's malicious bombardments.

Donate e-sims to Palestine: massive post with tutorials and relevant links, with discount codes included in the post and in the replies.

TWST Charity Drive Artists and Writers Recruitment Call!!!

I've got some mods so now it's time to get our team of artists and writers!!

What will I be doing as an Artist/Writer on this project?

When we open up donations, donators will get to submit prompts and you as contributors will either write or draw them!

Can I still apply to be a mod?

Yes!! I have some mods now to help out but we could still use a few extra hands! As of currently I am still accepting mod applications!

Where will the money be going?

To charities helping the people of Palestine, but most importantly the children! The charities this project will be donating to will be announced after we have taken contributor applications. The donations will also be sent directly to the charities and donators will have to give proof of their donations or their prompts won't be accepted!

Why should I care?

Because you're human, and the crimes against Palestine are not just crimes against them but crimes against humanity. Even if the donations from our project help only a small amount, they're still helping and every little bit counts!

If that doesn't convince you to donate, well uh......?? Regardless of the amount you donate, you'll get a fic or a drawing out of it based off of a prompt you want to see.
