Day 5:
I’m going slightly nuts. I have to resist the urge c4lorie count, use my f4sting app, and w3igh myself every morning and I’m getting scared I’m gaining
While yes, the gaslighting works, the issue is killing old habits and not freaking out when I eat 2 meals+ snacks a day. My snack of choice is fruit so it shouldn’t be that bad but still im getting worried :,,)
I’ll keep at it though, for experimental purposes

Starting the “fake it til you make it” month, where I gaslight myself into strictly doing this that I would do at my ugw. How my skinny self would be. I won’t be taking my w3ight again until September 1st and we’ll see if it goes down, stays the same, or gains.
August 1st: 233.8lbs
Goal: eh, maybe 10lbs loss? Don’t wanna get my hopes too high just in case— 223.8lbs

So on instagram I came across stealth_health_life and he makes low cal/high protein freezer meals. The worst part about f4sting is the end of it, when you need to find something that won’t make you sick and cause a b1nge. So while I wouldn’t say you should eat those meals to break a f4st, I would say they’re filling and should prevent a b1nge. Protein is important in making you feel full, lose w3ight, and takes longer than carbs to break down in the body, i.e.: you have more energy for less intake.
And with my lifestyle, working full time, a toddler to care for, a house to maintain, it’s hard to find the energy to make healthy meals every night. So I think having homemade prepared freezer meals ready to go is probably a good decision. Plus they make a lot and the portions are small/medium sized, so even if you didn’t eat all of it, you could store it for a little while longer to have for later.
I’m tired of making unhealthy choices while also being in a c4l deficit, it makes me constantly hungry, tired, moody, and depressed. I think if I do this then I’d have more energy to do things like work out, play with my kiddo, go out on weekends, clean, etc.
If any of you have tried or are in a low c4l/high protein lifestyle, how is it?

So we all know the “eat like your skinny self, not current self” thing right? But is your skinny self constantly thinking about food/the next time they eat? About counting calories 24/7? About worrying that they’ll get fat if they eat what their body tells them to? I don’t think so.
So I’m gonna try and gaslight myself into losing weight by already acting like my skinny self would. Would my skinny self eat that whole portion? Probably not because I’ll get too full and I’ll feel sick. Would my skinny self laze in bed all day being anxious about not moving? Maybe sometimes, but my skinny self would go for a walk/hike just for the hell of it, because I like it. I take vitamins because they help me feel good, drink lots of water because it makes me look good, eat lightly because I makes me happy to still have the food I like and save some of it for later, I work out because it makes my body feel good. My skinny self does things that make her happy, she is #1, her body is a temple.
Call it manifesting or loa, but I’m gonna legitimately try this and be cookoo out of my cocoa puff type delusional about it, and see what happens. I’ll start on August 1st that way I have a clear marker and check back in on September 1st. I’ll only weight in twice, it’s gonna drive me mf nuts to not check it every day but I’ll hold off for this experiment. Once at the beginning of the month and once at the end. I honestly think this could go well or I’ll just maintain. If it doesn’t work then oh well, I can at least say that I tried and I can report back to y’all and let you know if this genuinely works or not. I’ll just go back to the tried and true st4rve cycle of not. But I have hopes for this tbh.

I just wanna look cute and petite and dainty and I want my friends look at me and just know they need to protect me. I want to get full from three bites of food and people just smile and know cause I’m too tiny for that much food.
They don’t feel the need to protect me if I’m f4t, there’s too much padding. They don’t think I’m too little for that much food because I’m already so big, so now they’ll know I’m losing weight. They’ll know that I hate myself and that it’s okay for them to hate my body too

Low-cal meals that are my go to🤍
So here are a few low-calorie meals that I heavily depend on, and they are each under 100 c@lories:
1. Cucumber and Hummus Bites
Ingredients:
- 1 small cucumber (16 c@lories)
- 2 tablespoons of hummus (60 c@lories)
Instructions:
1. Slice the cucumber into rounds.
2. Top each cucumber slice with a small dollop of hummus.
2. Egg White Scramble
Ingredients:
- 3 egg whites (51 c@lories)
- 1/4 cup chopped spinach (2 c@lories)
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes (5 c@lories)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Spray a non-stick pan with cooking spray.
2. Scramble the egg whites with spinach and tomatoes over medium heat until cooked through.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Strawberry and Cottage Cheese
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese (40 c@lories)
- 1/4 cup sliced strawberries (13 c@lories)
Instructions:
1. Combine the cottage cheese and strawberries in a bowl.
2. Mix well and enjoy.
4. Zucchini Noodles with Tomato Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 cup spiralized zucchini (20 c@lories)
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce (40 c@lories)
Instructions:
1. Heat the marinara sauce in a small pan.
2. Add the zucchini noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender.
5. Celery and Peanut Butter
Ingredients:
- 2 large celery sticks (10 c@lories)
- 1 teaspoon natural peanut butter (32 c@lories)
Instructions:
1. Spread the peanut butter on the celery sticks.
2. Enjoy as a crunchy, satisfying snack.
6. Greek Yogurt and Blueberries
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup non-fat Greek yogurt (25 c@lories)
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries (21 c@lories)
Instructions:
1. Mix the Greek yogurt and blueberries together in a bowl.
2. Serve chilled.
7. Veggie Soup
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes (15 c@lories)
- 1/2 cup chopped celery (8 c@lories)
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots (25 c@lories)
- 1 cup vegetable broth (10 c@lories)
Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil.
2. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until vegetables are tender.
I only eat these when I desperately need to take my vitamins or most of the time I'm too lazy so I jus don't cook and take a nap instead or drink a 0 c@l drink.
