fwiw, I don't see anything that shows your website when using the app. i understand the frustration, but on the tumblr app, the only thing users see is your ask button, your actual blog, your likes, and who you follow. a link to your website isn't shown at all unless I look in browser.

Yes there is and no I have not answered this. its because tumblr often gives my transparent PNGs white backgrounds for some reason and gif format seems to be an okay workaround
