A little Monday motivation. Almost three years of weight training. ➡️Top left 8/2014 ➡️ Middle left 9/2015 ➡️ Bottom left 12/2015 ➡️ Right 6/2016 Consistency is key. Even at my heaviest on my bulk (2015), I consistently hit the weights and hiit training. I was eating a lot of food and drinking a lot of water. As I go back into offseason bulking I've gained new perspective on how to achieve muscle fullness and growth. Never forget your beginnings. Everyday I work on tweaking my training, isolating imbalances and such. As a competitor you can become so obsessed with perfecting your physique that it is easy to forget your humble beginnings. Photo on the left was 5 years ago. My Facebook shared a memory of a post where I wanted to know how long until I see results. The answer to that is as long as it takes for you stay consistent and committed to a life of healthy eating. You may take 2 months, 2 years or 2 decades.
