This is like the seventh member of the family, June. She's my brothers dog, my brother is currently in rehab and will be going to sober living. No one else in my family could take her but I absolutely am honored to have gotten to know her and love her. She loves taking walks with me and she's the sweetest girl. I didn't personally want to take on another dog when I have Levi and two pet rats but I'm so happy that I did!

Life sometimes means you watch people you love and miss just completely disconnect from you when you're already traumatized by grief and abandonment.
But it also means you're use to it. Sometimes it feels no one stays around, you just have to grieve over and over and then get questioned why you're always crying to yourself.
I've become uninterested in creating or reconnecting bonds with people.
