Quick and easy omelette
You won't believe how easy this omelette is to make! Great for crowds too, can make to your own individual taste all at the same time! You will need: Quart freezer bag Eggs (2 per bag) Anything you want to add such as chopped pepper, mushroom, ham, salsa...get creative! Pot of boiling water Add eggs to bag and squeeze out air and zip it closed. Squish to mix. Open bag, add whatever else you like. Push out as much air as you can and zip it closed again. Put closed freezer bags in pot of boiling water. Boil 13 minutes. Remove bags and carefully open them. Omelette will easily slide out into plate. Enjoy!!
