gender is so weird. I'm a girl but only because it's easier than figuring out my gender. I wanna be a boy but only a specific type of boy. Then again I love being a girl and it's a huge part of who I am. I'm repulsed by the idea of being a mother but I would love to be a dad. I want to be perceived as a girl but addressed as a man. Anyways gender is stupid.

Bisexual = liking men and women equally

Asexual = also liking men and women equally (aka not at all)

Yknow when I was much younger I used to think that bisexuality and asexuality were opposites the way some would say gay and straight are opposites but really it's more like how gay men and lesbians are opposites in theory but are actually quite similar. You'd think that the opposite of being attracted to all genders is not being attracted to any genders when really, the two are essentially two sides of the same coin. Rather than being opposites of one another they're an opposite of the idea that sexuality is a binary of straight and gay. We are too queer to fit the strict category of straight but we also don't fully fit into the category of gay. Bisexuality and asexuality are more like complementary colors that are technically opposites but are actually in harmony with one another

Like, what if I made you brownies, we laughed our heads off about some campy 80s horror movies and listened to some music we both enjoy and I can stare at you while you're grinning madly?

Queer as in an "identity is fluid and descriptors can be imprecise so I prefer a more general term" sort of way but also queer in a "What are you, a cop?" sort of way.
