These past few months have definitely been challenging with so many changes disrupting our daily life and routine. Having anxiety has made these days harder to process and adjust to; some days I just don鈥檛 feel myself. Some days I鈥檓 quiet and reclusive then other days I can be stressed and angry. Then times I feel okay. It鈥檚 a constant rollercoaster of emotions and the biggest struggle is not knowing what mood you鈥檒l wake up in or why you are feeling this way. After speaking with a friend I was given some advice that has helped me. My friend trusts that life has a way of working itself out, and when you think about it, it does make sense. We all go through bad times, but we have brighter times too. However, you do have the potential to change the effect your anger or upset has on any future moments.
