Alright then. Today I have eaten a small ish roast pork lunch. I guessed it around 450. I hauled Christmas trees around 11-1 so I logged that as 2 hours walking even though it was definitely more strenuous. Might have a small cake as I’m at my grandparents house and my arms ACHE

My mum is insisting on takeaway chips for dinner omg. I also need to eat a stew for lunch bc she made it for me and she’s here so I can’t flush it. Might not be able to stay under 1,200 today but I stayed under 800 yesterday so ig not too bad. Will update in the comments later regarding the calories.

Ok so the last two days have been ok. Yesterday was 1600 bc my uncle was down and he brings cake and I ate with family. Today was good I kept just under 800 and I’m barely hungry. Currently I have 1 sugar in my tea but I’m thinking of cutting it down to half so that I can eat a lil snack extra on the saved calories? Would love some advice on how to keep numbers down tysm :)

This year I’m sticking to losing w8 I don’t care what other people think. I’m not going to be the heaviest friend I will get smaller. My bf is going to be able to pick me up with so much ease. My thighs aren’t going to be so huge and ugly. I want to feel the comforting feeling of hung3r again I need it.

I’m e@ting sub 1000 every day (most days sub 800) and I’m not losing weight. My metabolism is so freaking slow. If I cvt more then maybe I’ll feel better. I will keep doing what I’m doing and weigh in when my periods over.

I’m done getting better. My thoughts literally never change and it’s exhausting. I’m so f@t from “intuitive e@t1ng” and sure I’m never going to pü/ge again but I’m not doing this anymore. I’m making myself better by e@t1ng as little as I can get away with. My boyfriend will be able to pick me up with ease, my friends will no longer have to delete pictures, the best thing I can be is sk11n¥
