I made a friend on here a couple months ago and we've been chatting ever since. We're on opposite sides of the world and we still find time to chat with each other everyday, it's been nice having a friend to share things with. Getting Better Everyday

I've seen a lot of changes in my anxiety since starting to treat it with medication. I am able to go out in public more and my brain is not trying to churn up stuff to be worried about all the time.

My daily 'To-Do' list has consisted of:

Shower/Teeth/Meds/Eat

Dishes/Vacuum

Walk Dogs/Trash/Recycling

Music/Ableton/Guitar

Read/Journal/Type

It's been really nice going to sleep each night with everything I'm supposed to do for the day done and 2-4 hours of Ableton put in. I've been getting so lost in Ableton that I look up and it's been an hour or two, it's been nice. I'm making progress and really liking the sounds and beats I'm making. I sent my Pa two of the tracks I've made recently and I'm excited to hear what he thinks about them. My wife and my Pa are my biggest supporters.
