#Transformation #Testimony I met the older Anna (on left) March 2016 and started slowly working with her in April 2016 - the before picture was taken in beginning of June 2016 and after photo in September 2016 "A lot of people join the #gym because they want to be a part of something or to claim something. I can say that because I was one of those people. I started my #fitness journey at a big box gym in late 2014, early 2015. I went through multiple amounts of #trainers, and gained some pretty normal #results. But three years goes by and I found that I just wasn't cut out for the normal big box #gyms. It's not that the #training staff were bad, because they were all #great in their own way. But at the end of the day I found the same #plateau. I just didn't seem to find the right #fit for my #goals, and that's when I met Tony. I came to check out what Tony had to offer with his gym and I came to find a tranquil, #healing, and out of the box place where I could do what I needed to do without interruptions. The difference between #MrTonyCraig and a normal gym membership is that you have a trainer that doesn't just "know when to step in and help", but is always ready and #willing to help every step of the way. Every individual should be able to feel safe with their trainer and to feel like they're being kept #accountable. You'll find that here! I can absolutely with no doubts vouch that Tony has never missed a beat in #helping me change my #subconscious #mind for #success in achieving my fitness #goals. I have no doubt in my mind that he is there if you need him to catch the #barbell or to get right in your face when you are about to give up your why. He knows the #struggle because he never gave up on his #journey, and he's not gonna let your head get in the way of yours either! You say you want to #change? how bad you want it. You say you want to eat better? Do you have #willpower to say no. You say you want to have a #personaltrainer, and get the #body you've been wanting? I don't want to bring back yesterday, I'm all good with the memories I've created, I also don't want to rush into tomorrow. I love where I am right now.

You're never guaranteed the future

Don't take life for granted, yesterday I made a lousy choice in which it nearly cost my life. My quad flipped backwards on a steep hill, I felt as if time froze for a split second - God gave me this second to make another choice to bail off the quad before it crushed me. Lord, Thank you for your generosity.

I got 99 problems, but my faith ain’t one!

When your life seems like you keep running into problem, after problem; complication, after complication; hurdle, after hurdle.

You got to remember that If God didn’t believe in you, He wouldn’t put it before you. 

Keep your eye’s on the ultimate prize, and miracles happen!
