EXERCISE
♡ None—unless you count packing, cleaning, and moving house. I’m taking today through Monday to focus solely on that, so while I might not be getting all of my steps in, I’m definitely moving my body.
Thoughts: I started my period this morning, and the first/second day is always torture for me—I’m cramping and bloated and just overall feeling bleh. After renting a storage unit, moving some stuff in there, and reserving a U-Haul, my friend and her mom—whose family I’m moving in with—they wanted to stop at Wendy’s and insisted I get something, so I got a grilled chicken ranch wrap and fries that I’m just going to save for tomorrow’s meal. I did drink the Diet Coke though. Maybe it’s because I was busy all day, but it went really well for me today—I didn’t struggle with hunger or cravings once.
Until I get a better smart watch, I’m not going to be posting my steps or calories burned/net calories anymore. I’m tired of it not syncing with the app, and I don’t always have my phone physically on me when moving around for it to track my movement.

Thoughts: OMAD actually went a lot easier today than yesterday. I’m upset with myself for not getting my steps in—or, at the very least, a walk—but I’m pleased with my caloric intake and how well I’ve handled it. I’m also happy to see my weight coming back down again. It’s definitely motivating me to keep going.

Thoughts: This was my first attempt at the OMAD diet. A bit of a struggle, not gonna lie, but not too bad overall. As for the steps and calories burned, my smart watch unpaired randomly and then refused to track anything for a bit, so the numbers are definitely not accurate. But I went ahead and did my averaging thing anyway just to get a small idea. I’m definitely going to play around with OMAD to see if I can determine a general caloric intake and time of day that works for me. Even though I ate well below my maintenance, it was still a lot in such a short span of time. I know I have to give my body time to adjust.
