This Bengali crab curry is cooked with few spices & consists of less gravy. This is just to make the crab meat flavor shine through the curry sauce. The spices are almost same as we cook Bengali style prawn curry. The only difference between cooking of crab and prawn is, cleaning of crabs is a very tedious process. Rest all are same.
