Chili con carne!
EASY * 500 gr of ground meat * 1 can of red beans * 1 can of corn * 2 tomatoes * 3 red onions * tomatoes sauce * rice
Start by frying the onion in a pan and add the meat once the onions are done. When the meat is cooked you can add all the veggies and the tomato sauce. I usually add some paprika, pili pili and other spices.
Let it cook for 20 minutes and it is really. You can also make some more and freeze it for later :)

Cut a bunch of strawberries. Cut the oranges in piece without the skin (to do so peel the fruit first cut out the pieces between orange’s skin). Mix it gently together and add some orange juice.

Vanilla Madeleines ☕️ the French touch EASY | 20min | 15 cookies 🍪 ingredients for yummy cookies: • 125 g of butter • 2 eggs • 100 g of sugar • 100 g of flour • 1 spoon of vanilla aroma Heat your oven for 190 degrees. Whip your eggs with the sugar for few minutes. Add the flour. Melt the butter and pour it to the mixture. Once the dough is well mixed you can add the aroma. You can use muffin molds to bake it. Leave it in the oven for 8-10 minutes ( it has to be goldish). Serve cold with coffee

Delicious Meatballs!!! 🍴 Belgium style with "sauce lapin" EASY | 1 Hour | 4 persons 🍐 200g peer and apple sirup also called "sirop de Liege" 🍐 About 1 kg of meat 🍐 4 onions 🍐 1 egg 🍐 1 slice of white bread 🍐 olive oil 🍐 1 spoon of mustard 🍐 1 beef broth 🍐 1 spoon of flour Let the bread soak with some water or milk. Dry it and add it to the meat. Cut the onions and use half of an onion for the meat. Mix the meat with the egg, the bread and the onion. Add 2 spoons of olive, salt and pepper. Use your hands and mix everything. 🖐✋ Make meat balls and fry it in a pan ( about 8 balls). In other pan fry the onions. Add the sirup, broth, mustard. Add about 2 glasses of water. When the sauce it starting to boil add the flour and turn down the fire. After 30min cover the meatballs with the sauce and let it cook about 20 more min. It's delicious with fries or rice.

Homemade Pancakes
For every lazy Sunday the pancakes are the best!
My favorites are the one with blueberries… delicious!
Here is my recipe for the original pancakes ( no blueberries though :( )
For the American style breakfast, you will need for 3 persons:
200 gr. of flour 2 spoon of baking soda 2 spoon of vanilla sugar 20 cl of milk 5 cl of kefir 2 eggs 2 spoons of oil
Mix the flour with the vanilla sugar and the baking soda. Add the eggs and the oil and cover it all with milk and kefir. Keep mixing until it looks smooth.
In a pan add butter and oil ( I usually do half/half), wait until the fat is warm and start making pancakes!
Wait until the pancake has little bubbles on the top before flipping them.
The pancakes are supposed to be thick ( if it’s not it means to much milk: add more flour and baking soda).
You can serve it with fruits, maple sirup, butter, eggs,…
I really enjoy it with Golden Griddel <3 ( and fruits)

Beef and red wine 🍷🍴 1 hour | Easy | 2 persons Groceries needed: - 400gr of beef meat - 2 red onions - 🍅 some cherry tomatoes - 1/4 bottle of red wine - fresh thyme - mix of white and wild rices🍚 In a pan pour some olive oil. Warm it up and add the meat and the onions. Let the meat get brown and cover it with wine. After 30 minutes of lower temperature cooking add the tomatoes and the thyme. Let it cook for additional 20min. On the side cook some rice. Serve it warm!

Carrots & Celery soup Just some carrots, celery branches, onions, potatoes and broth. Add olive oil in a pan and warm it up. Add all veggies cut in little pieces. After few minutes cover the veggies with warm water and the broth. About 20minutes blend it. Soup it ready to eat.

Lentils with cheese 🍴 Easy! Made in 20minutes! Gather: - 200 gr of black lentils - 3 carrots - few celery branches - 1 red onion - some sheep cheese - mustard seeds Put the lentils in a pan and cover it with water. Start cooking it. In the meantime cut the veggies and add it to the lentils. Let is cook all together for 20minutes. You can add some of the mustard seeds and the salt and pepper. When it is cooked, place it in nice plates and crumble some cheese and mustard seeds on it. Voila! Job is done, enjoy

Let's make some chocolate Brownies Yummy for a Sunday morning with some coffee. So How do we bake this sweet breakfast? You will need: - 3 eggs - 60 gr of flour - 100 gr of sugar - 110 gr of black chocolate - 110 gr of butter Start by melting the chocolate with the butter. I usually do it in the microwave. Whip the egg yolks with half of the sugar. Add the egg yolks and to the chocolate mixture. Pour the flour and keep mixing. Whip your whites until it's stiff and continue whipping with the sugar. Add it to the chocolate mixture. It must stay in the oven 30min on 180 degrees

Goat cheese and red beets salad Easy! A really nice appetizer. The goat cheese is nicely balanced with the red beets flavor. For this salad you will need ( 4 persons): - Some goat cheese - 4 big red beets ( you can buy it already cooked or fresh and steam it) - some puff pastry ( I get it freshly made from the store) - salad - olive oil Cut the beets in slices and place it in the plates. Add some salad on the top. Put some salt, pepper and olive oil. Cut two pieces of the puff pastry and add the goat cheese in between. Use some water to stick well the corners. Do as many as you need and put it in the oven for about 15min. Serve warm.

My chocolate version of "galette des rois" 👑 In Belgium, we have the habit called galette des rois. It is a dish eaten in January, just before the epiphany. It means "king's pie". Inside of the pie we hide a feve and the person who finds it becomes the kind of the day. To create this pie for 6 persons: 100g of sugar 125g almond powder 2 eggs 60g of butter Some vanilla aroma Nutella Some puff pastry Display the pastry in a mold. Mix the almond powder with the sugar and the melted butter. Then add the vanilla aroma and the eggs. Pour the mixture on the pastry. You can add some Nutella on the top and cover it with another party. It is important that the dough are well stick together. Cook 30 min on 180 degree Celsius. Let it cool down before serving.

Belgium style bolognese sauce with pasta
Great pasta! It’s a for her version of this recipe full of veggies. It makes the sauce healthier and more sweet.
For your grocery list:
- 200g of ground beef
- 300g of ground pork and beef
- 2-3 onions
- 200ml of tomato sauce
- 1 tomato concentrate - 3 carrots - 200g mushrooms - 250g cherry tomatoes
- some garlic
- salt, pepper, thyme, basil
Start by warming a pan with some olive oil. Chop the onions and add it to the warm pan. Add the meat and let it cook until the meat is nicely brown. Slice the carrots, mushrooms and tomatoes and add it the the meat. Let it cook for 15min.
After that you can add the tomato sauce and concentrate. Let it cook for 45 min on a lower temperature. At the end add the garlic, spices and herbs and you can serve, it taste great with parmesan.
Awesome with linguine pasta!

Belgian pancakes (crêpes)
It is the easiest recipe I know and the pancakes are lovely.
250 gr of flour
1 bag of vanilla sugar
2 eggs
25 gr of melted butter
½ glass of beer
50 cl of milk
Put your flour in a big bowl, add the eggs, the vanilla sugar, the butter, the beer and half of the milk.
Mix it well and when it is homogeneous add the other half of the milk.
Put some butter on an pan and wait until it is warm. Then you can start cooking it.
Serve with brown sugar, white sugar, jelly or Nutella

Polish ravioli - my style pierogi This is one of the traditional polish dish that is served for Christmas in Poland. They usually do it with cabbage for this period but since it isn't my favorite I always had it with potatoes and cheese. Here is a revisited version of the Russian style pierogi made with sweet potatoes and feta cheese. The list: - 500 g of flour - 1 egg - room temperature water - mashed potatoes made with 2 sweet potatoes and 2 regular ones - 150 g of crumbled feta cheese The directions: With lot of love put the flour, egg and some water in a recipient. Use your hands to mix it. Add water until everything sticks together. It must easily unstick from your hands. Make a thin layer of the dough on a clean table covered with flour otherwise you will never be able to unstick it from the table. Use a round glass or a shape cutter to make nice circles. On the other hand, mixed the potatoes with feta, you can add some sour cream if you to have it more moist. Fill your dough circles with some of that mixture. Then bring the edges together to close the ravioli ( some water to wet the edges can help to close the dough) it must be well paste so the ravioli don't open during cooking process. Boil it in salted water. It is ready when the ravioli are floating on the top. You can also fry them with some onions and bacon, it's delicious
