I LOVE the transfem Nene hc like it is so canon to me <33 and I've adored Sakunene so seeing a blog for this ship made me jump for joy!!! It's Nene instantly being entranced by a pretty girl and feeling so comfortable with her right away, then after trying to convince herself not to trust Sakura even as she falls for her again and again. And it's Sakura being so much sweeter toward Nene than anyone else and seeming genuinely reluctant to betray her. She has to be Nene's enemy, but no matter how much of it is an act, she really does want to help Nene and talk to her. Urgahdfshsfd they have an iron grip on my heart 💚

I think so often about the concept of a Sakunene vampire x human au. I know I’ve already written a fic for it but I must put this concept out into the world again because it keeps me up at night. Sakura being this mysterious figure that draws others in with their otherworldly beauty, making their prey feel so at ease until the moment they attack. Nene can tell right off the bat that something is different about Sakura, that they shouldn’t be trusted, but that doesn’t stop her from falling into Sakura’s trap time and time again. She simply cannot resist Sakura’s charm and kindness…even if it is an obvious ruse…

I mean, come on!! That’s the basic plot of every vampire movie ever
