I LOVE THIS TAKE ON MICKEY MOUSE IN DT17!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I love the 80s DuckTales so much because I grew up with them, but I also love the 2017 series. What I love most about 2017 is how many characters from different side projects were added in there, and I saw a lot of fan designs of Mickey in this style, and unfortunately I didn’t find a design that I really liked. So during a break from Ninjago animatics, I made this charismatic mouse. Drawing in this style was surprisingly very easy! I used the “young Donald Duck” comics and, of course, Topolino as a basis for the design. Not many people know, but Mickey has a profession in many comics, he is a solver, and I thought it fits perfectly with DuckTales.

When Loopy is not doing her duties as a sky pirate, she is one of the biggest streamers in Duckberg in both gaming and commentary! She has such a lovable personality and her family supports her fully! However sometimes she gets into some embarrassing situations especially with her dad... and worst yet is that those moments get clipped to no end... Let's just say Ripcord is getting a lot more attention and has become a running meme for his "large" assets.

Ripcord: Hey pumpkin! You've seen my tank top anywhere? I think your mother took it by accident. *Walks into the stream*

Loopey: Oh... Uhhhhhh... I haven't seen it... but dad... I think you're in the stream. With your back turned...

The Famed Sky Pirate Outshined by a McQuack!

In my headcannon, a few months after the events of The Last Adventure, Launchpad's younger sister Loopey McQuack became the new captain of the Sky Pirates. Don Karnage already lost alot of the connections of his crew after going missing from the crash at the Library of Alexandria, so he was absolutely disheartened when his gang had turned sides to a new, young, and spunky soul! He couldn't even be mad... he lost everything... maybe this is the end for our rapscallion pirate...

Nah, don't worry! This isn't the end for him! Loopy is such a sweetheart and a respectable captain that he allows Don Karnage as part of her new team! As a crew member at first, but hopefully as a co-pilot. Maybe his years of looting is over, but maybe Don Karnage can be redeemed!
