i question how some authors can crank out a fic with like 50,000 words in like 3 days

like i’m started writing a fic in 2023, posted the first chapter and forgot about it for two years, remembered it, started writing it again and it takes forever to write even 2,000 words for a chapter 🫠

and i am having to use my work computer to write the fic bc my laptop is slow and doesn’t want to pull anything up, my desktop is in a perpetual cycle of trying to reboot and not being able to and i am not fuck with it lol, and i hate writing on my phone so it is rough going

i’ve decided i need to work on holding onto my grudges better. if it is someone i am close to, im can’t seem to hold onto my anger about anything.

however, if it’s someone i barely know, i hold onto them, like i’m still angry at a girl i went to middle school with bc she was the new girl and the boy i had a crush on started dating her within two weeks of here lol
