So I'm a little stuck on which concept to go for for MK's pose and background.

I really like the concept and colour contrast in No.1, but I really like the pose in No.2, so rn I'm unsure of which one to go for 😖

For some reason I thought Red Son would take the win, but our sweet boi took it instead!! 🧡

I've never done a full illustrated background like this before, so it was a really nice challenge that turned out so good!!

Took a break and was going through some old sketches and found this gem 🤣 Let me know if you'd love this as a sticker as it's something I've been thinking of 💖

Bit of a dilemma; I wanted to continue with the coloured linework so it fits with my other piece.

But due to the darker colour palette, to me, it's not looking AS good as the Monkey King one, whereas the black outline ties it all together pretty well, including in the shading too.

I'd really appreciate thoughts and opinions on this on which one you'd prefer to see!! 😵‍💫

Colouring and shading done for our loveable anti-hero!! I tried to give him a darker colour palette in contrast to Wukong and so far I'm loving how it's all looking!!✨️

Also bonus Pigsy sketch because surprisingly he was one of the easiest ones to style!! 🤭
