Iron Man Lore!!

As a child, Antonio Hammond Stark was a bit of a problem child. It seemed for every grade he skipped, he also got expelled from a school for various reasons. Ranging from hijacking the school's sprinkler system, to spray-painting and fart spray, to hacking the drone team and using them to harass the neighboring school's football team.

When he was old enough to enter the public light, he changed his name to Anthony Edward Stark, partly due to his father's request before his first year of college at just 15 years old. However, his life would change forever just a year later. Howard Stark, attempting to repair the crumbling relationship with his son following the mysterious death of Maria Stark, took Tony with him on a business trip to Afghanistan in the early 2000s. They planned to go visit the most famous cities across Europe after the weapons demo. They would never get that chance.

The convoy carrying Tony and Howard was attacked, and an explosion would lodge shrapnel near Tony's heart. The Terrorists kidnapped Howard to use him to build bombs, and kept Tony as a method of controlling him. They were also kept with a man named Yinson. They endured 6 months of imprisonment.

Infection was slowly eating away at Howard while they built an Arc reactor to keep Tony alive. Howard, knowing that his infection would kill him, designed the MK1 Suit specifically for Tony to pilot. Tony would escape the cave, but his father and Yinson wouldn't be as lucky. When he returned home, he discovered that Obadiah Stane had forcibly taken control of his father's company, and he wouldn't be allowed in until he turned 18. Tony dedicated himself to exposing Stane for the death of his father and war profiteering, so he continued the Iron Man project.

Iron Man became known as the first modern superhero since Captain Marvel left earth in the 80's and Captain America and the Human Torch vanished in the 40's. He took down Stane, fought off The Mandarin, and one day being the founding leader of The Avengers.

Shortly after the Avengers were officially formed as a team, Tony Stark would hold a famous press conference. He told the world that he would be using his tower as a headquarters for the Avengers and funding the entire team personally. He dedicated massive sections of Stark Industries to the Avengers. When asked why he was doing all this, his response was simple: "I am Iron Man."

Arachnya!

Last but not least of the trio is Maya Flynn. She is a 20-year-old female who is an EMT

She is also a system, with Avery and Grey being two of the altars. Avery is confident and rowdy, while Grey is level-headed and reserved

Archnya is the second iteration of Lesion, following the transition from Ella to Maya. With Maya's unique position as a system, certain altars can access different powers and forms:

Maya can glide

Avery can use mechanical arms

Grey can use Lesion's stealth to its full effect

In order: Maya, Avery, and Grey (All use she/her)

In order: Maya's suit, Avery's suit, and Grey's suit

The X-Men are in our AU, but they look a little different!

Some details about our Scott that I, Liv, had came up with ^^

- His brother Alex, also known as Havoc in the comic, died from the impact of jumping out of the plane that killed their parents

- Scott spent a couple days trying to wake Alex, not accepting the fact he was dead, but he eventually broke down on day 3. He wasn’t rescued for a while

- He hit his head from the impact, leading to a head injury that left a scar on his brain, impacting how he can control his optic beams

- Scott has deep scars around his eyes that are red from a mix of exposed capillaries and the glow of his power from his eye. The scars are grim, but a testament to how dangerous and life altering his ability is

- When he was younger, he was on and off with the X-Men. There were periods where he’s snapped completely and become a problem. Boy deserves a couple villain arcs. Though, he’s always came back with open arms

- The headaches he gets from his powers are basically his body trying not have an aneurysm or stroke. Every usage has a chance to cause a hemorrhage because of the scar. Overexertion can kill him and a big reason why he drinks coffee :3

- Logan and Scott had more of a brotherly bond. Logan was the one to rescue Scott from the woods, put him in an orphanage to maybe give him a better life - nope. Evil was interested, so you gotta take the kid back

- And in combination, he generally has PTSD to work through along with depressive episodes

I love how everyone involved in the Marvel AU, with my friend @booitsloki, decided that Scott, Jean, and Emma are in a polyamorous relationship since Logan is dead

Scott and the girls that obviously control him. They def girl boss together, and Scott is in the background on his fifth cup of coffee

I think Jean and Emma help him with different tasks aligned with their personalities. Jean helps Scott garden. Emma holds Jean back from going into the kitchen

In an experiment to cure her virolik's syndrome she was injected with a Symbiote offspring of Venom, Legion. The Symbiote went out of control and drew in the advanced technology of the laboratory to stabilize itself. Ella wanted to do good in the world, and Legion didn't want to die, so they begrudgingly started working together as Arachnia. Over time the two became close friends
