When going on a diet or trying to stay fit, don't just stop eating the foods you enjoyed e.g chocolate, cake e.t.c but minimise the amount you that you are eating, don't have lots, just smaller amounts! Cutting out the things you like won't help anything it will just make things a lot harder! :) x

So My blog is all about fitness and about me trying to help people feel better about themselves and their bodies. 
So i will be posting things like recipes for healthy meals and snacks, ways to get fit, ways to feel more comfortable with your body and so much more!
But one thing i wont be doing is telling you ways on how to loose 4 stone in 7 days or a diet where you live on just water for a month because that's a complete waste of time to me and your not going to enjoy doing it that way. This blog isn't just about loosing weight its about being who you are and achieving great things, doing things you didnt think you could and being able to love yourself for who you are.

So if your one of those people who wants to start out doing some fitness and exercise but not to much and keeping it easy, then carry on reading!
When i first started doing exercise i found it so hard, i didn't want to get out of bed and i was just constantly tired. I knew that sitting down doing nothing wasn't going to help! The first thing i started to do was go running every day, listening to music really helps as it calms you down and keeps your breathing under control, i changed my route a lot and made them longer as time went by. I also joined a gym i didn't go everyday but that really help as you can do as much and as little as you want whenever you want. I defiantly recommend going to classes if you want something where your around other people cause you can defiantly learn lots from it and you make great friends and can go whenever you like. Zumba, Spinning, things like that are great and fun things to do!
I love doing exerciser i find it so relaxing and i know how much it is helping my body, and my mind. :)
