I don’t like the whole “live every day like it’s your last” concept. To me, that means that I should rush to get everything I want to do in my entire life done today, because I might not have tomorrow. And you know what that does? It causes stress. So much pressure to do everything in this very moment. So I want my philosophy to be the opposite. Live like I have all the time in the world. Relax, enjoy, and soak in life. Don’t worry so much about having everything done right away. Life is about the journey, not the destination. Living life to the fullest… to me, that means to take it slow and relish what I have. Don’t worry about tomorrow. Live like life never ends.

do the silly, fun things that make you happy. order that unnecessarily complicated drink cause you like it. sloppily paint your fingernails because you like the color. laugh so loud that everyone in the restaurant looks. wear that outfit you've been saving for a special occasion. dye your hair because it's something you've always wanted to do. life is too short to spend it dialing back on the things you love, so do them freely and with joy.

the sky will never be the same as it was just a second ago and your favourite music will never be the same as it was when you first discovered it and the people you know will never be the same people as they were just a moment ago because people change and things change and that's why life is so special; everything changes so often that we just have to cherish what we can, hoping to grab every bit left before it inevitably fades and we get to move on and make new memories and find new comforts and cherish new things again.
