When Jason woke up all he saw was darkness and a small peek of light coming in through one of the coffin edges. He shoved the coffin open as he sat up, heaving in a breath.

"Bloody hell that thing was stuffy," He muttered. After catching his breath he looked up and was met by a giant mirror, floating coffins, and...a flying cat?

"Huh?! You're awake already?!" The cat cried, clearly not expecting Jason to already be awake. "Well no matter, just give me your uniform and I'll let you go," the cat said, their tiny arms crossed and a wide grin on its face

Jason raised a brow at the flying cat, "Uniform? What uniform?" He looked down and saw that he was indeed wearing a uniform. "Why am I wearing this thing?" Jason looked back up at the flying cat, "You. Where am I?"

The cat started laughing, "You're joking, right? You're at the magnificent Night Raven College!"

Jason looked confused, his brow still raised. "College? Fine, if you won't tell me I'll find out on my own," he replied as he got out of the coffin and left the Mirror Room. It didn't take long until he wound up in the Library. "Alright, maybe the cat wasn't lying..." he muttered

"Of course I wasn't lying!" Came a voice from behind him

Jason turned to see the cat right behind him, "Jeez! Don't sneak up on people like that! Dumb cat. Why do you keep following me?"

"I already told you, I want that uniform! And I have a name, it's Grim not 'dumb cat'!" Grim stated.

"Well well well, this is quite the problem. A student is supposed to wait with the others before emerging from their coffins," Another voice said. The voice belonged to a tall thin man with blue hair and a bird-shaped mask.

"Oh great, another weirdo..." Jason grumbled. He had just about enough of this place.. wherever he was

"That was rather rude, I assure you I am not a weirdo. I am Headmage Crowley. You and your familiar should be in the Mirror Room with the other new students." The man said, his arms crossed

"I am not his familiar!" Grim said, offended at the very notion he'd be some human's pet

"Look, I just want to know where I am and get the hell outta here," Jason stated

"Yes yes, that's what they all say. Come along now, I shall explain everything. Truly my kindness knows no bounds!" Crowley replied, ignoring Grim for the moment as he ushered them back to the Mirror Room.

As they got back to the room it was full of students but the main thing that caught everyone's eyes were the people in the front of the room and what looked to be a floating tablet.

"Those who will remain in Heartslabyul remember one thing; my word is law. Those who do not follow the law shall be beheaded," the shortest of the group spoke. He had bright red hair and a stern look on his boyish face

A man with lion ears and long brown hair yawned, "Good this thing is finally over. Those in Savanaclaw come with me, and be quick about it. I want a nap."

Another man with pale skin and pastel purple hair wearing glasses was the next to speak, "I wish to congratulate all incoming freshmen on a wonderous opening ceremony. May you all have a wonderful first year. As Octavinelle's dorm leader I look forward to seeing your progress."

There was a blonde-haired with a purple fade man also in the front. He was sight in of himself with combination of both beauty and charm. "Even if things are finished that doesn't explain where the Headmage ran off to."

"Maybe he was sick?" A short boy wearing a turban chimed in

"Or he abandoned his job again," came a lazy voice from the tablet added

"It was neither of those things! Have you no faith in your Headmage? I went to go retrieve the missing freshman," Crowley stated, his hands on his hips and an annoyed expression on his face. He then turned to look at Jason "Well then, you are the last to be sorted. State your name to the mirror and we'll get you in your dorm right away."

Jason looked less than thrilled to be participating in whatever this was but if it got him home, so be it, "Jason Todd."

A solemn face appeared in the mirror, "Jason Todd. Thy soul is...." it started before trailing off. "I cannot say."

"Pardon me?" Crowley asked

"I sense no magic in this one. I cannot tell what he is like so I do not know where to put him." The mirror stated.

Jason scoffed, rolling his eyes, "I could've told you that. I'm as magicless as they come. Unless you count getting resurrected." "Well that is...problematic. Where did you say you were from?" Crowley asked. "Gotham City." "I don't believe there is such a place in our world. If there is I've never heard of it." "Well that's just bloody brilliant," Jason stated, pinching the bridge of his nose. "When I said I wanted a vacation this is not what I meant." "Let me take his place then! I have magic to be used!" Grim interrupted with a smug smirk on his face. He then proceeded to blow blue flames into the Mirror Room as a 'show of power' "Most certainly not! Look at the mess you have caused! I cannot allow such anarchy in my school!" Crowley scolded, an irritated expression on his face and his arms crossed over his chest. The red-haired boy from earlier stepped forward with his wand pointed at Grim, "I will take care of this. Off with your head!" "Oi! What's the big deal?!" Grim stated, trying to tug off the collar that was now stuck on his neck. He tried to use his flames for a second time but to no avail "Ah, yes. Riddle's signature spell. 'Off with your head' completely blocks out the other person's magic until they leave campus. I would love to learn how it worked," The man with glasses mused. "How dare you! I am Grim, mage extraordinaire! I will not be collared like this!" Grim complained, glaring at Riddle. "It serves you right for disobeying the school's rules. I will not be removing it," Riddle stated. "What a mess this has all become.." Crowley sighed. He turned his attention back to Jason, "Until we find a way to send you home you are welcome to stay in our spare dorm outside of campus. Your familiar may stay with you as well." He then had a self-satisfied smile on his face, "Truly my kindness is boundless." Jason rolled his eyes, "Sure, fine. It's not like I have much of a choice." With this new decision in place Jason found himself stuck in a place that seemed stranger than his own home if that was even possible. Time will only tell where this new adventure will take him...

High school host club fluff and sweetn headcanon of Honey (it is his nickname) with an S/O who is the heir of a sweet company, basically she is the owner of a chain of a very popular sweet shop...if someone never heard of the place and asked..oh my god the person who went there would be raving about the place for hours on end, nonstop from chocolates to sweets..the customer would be spoilt for choice. It had a verity of choices.. as much as she loves her sweet addited boyfriend who looks like a little boy who loves her sweet shop..she often had to limit his sweet intake since she didn't want him to have diabetes or any other underlying health problems in the near future...she wasn't fooled by his innocent feelings of hurt or tries not to...she did have to put her foot down at one point when he became really ill after eating an entire portion of marble chocolate cake was meant for the customers...since it was in slices...oh dear. You do worry about the guy at times...and when he buys enough sweets to give someone diabetes. You were entrusted with the company after your parents died in a car accident when you were fourteen.. you did well so far considering how young you were.

Everyone knew about his sugar addiction and I mean everyone. Especially you

Like most people you thought Honey-senpai was absolutely adorable but never had the nerve to talk to him

So surprise surprise when he walked into the very shop you worked that. And it just so happened to be right by the academy

Mori-senpai was also with him as usual to make sure he didn't get too much or get sick

You were more than happy to help them out

"Is there anything I can help you two with anything?"

"What kind of cake do you have?" He asked with his cherery smile

You started to list every single type of cake you had in that store

Mori-senpai could've sworn he say Honey-senpai's eyes turn into hearts

From that day forward he would come to visit you in the shop and invited you to come see him in the host club as well

It didn't take very long for the both of you to develop feelings for each other

You liked him because of how cute he was and he was fun to be with him. He was also easy to talk to and knew when to be serious

He liked you because of your cute smile and he knew that the treats you brought in you made yourself. You were by far his favorite person other than Mori-senpai

After you two started dating he would try to get more and more sugary treats out of you

Sometimes it worked, other times it didn't

It stopped working after he had eaten an entire marble cake. Originally it was for the customers but he kept sneaking slices while you were busy

He had gotten pretty sick after that and could barely eat anything for an entire week

When he got better you had told him that you couldn't let him come back to the store anymore because you didn't want him to get sick

Of course he was upset about it and pouted for a while but he knew why you did it

You still brought him a couple snacks when you visited him at the host club though

After a while of bringing his addiction down by the slightest and you let him come visit the shop again

This time around he was more careful about how much he ate so he wouldn't get sick and worry you again

Naruto Shippuden angst scenario of when Sai finds out why you (Naruto's younger twin sister who is the female counterpart of Naruto and a chunin and Bisexual) reader down in the dumps recently..team seven thought if it was because of Sai annoying you, Sakura swore that Sai had another thing coming if that was the reason why you (female reader) were like this recently...Sai found out the reason behind your sad expression despite the forced cheerful persona you had than the natural one that you normally had. It was when you and him went on a walk together for art inspired places..(he said that as an excuse so he could find out what was wrong without forcing you)...he found out when you hesitantly told him after he asked what was wrong and you said that it was because you were informed by one of your dog summonings that your dog elder summoning died around three in the afternoon after a long battle with a serious illness. He said that you can talk about him as much as you want and he'll listen...(You never realised..since when Sai has been this kind to you)..after seeing that you were hesitant to talk about it...you avoided eye contact for a while as you were testing the waters of his words, knowing how blunt he can be but he didn't say anything...taking a deep slow breath that sounded forced...you began to tell him your childhood with your summoning and how you admired him and how you looked up to him no matter what and what accompanied with your support of your words..are the tears. You told him everything...and you said that you were a useless daughter to your summoning and Sai said that you were not useless and almost confessed his feelings for you like an idiot...you were upset and he knew it...Sai stopped himself from confessing to you though...

Y/N wasn't in her usual chipper mood and it showed. She stared at the ground more often and was less talkative. Naruto and Sakura both thought it was because Sai was bothering her again. Naruto was comforting his sister, gently rubbing her back.

"If it's Sai bothering you I'llgive him a peice of my mind! Urghh, I swear that guys life mission is to just piss everyone off!" Sakura exclaimed, clenching her hand in a fist and vein popping from her forehead. Sakura never liked Sai in the first place so the thought of him making her friend upset enraged her to no end.

"No, it's nothing like that! Sai didn't do anything at all so please calm down Sakura," Y/N reassured the pink-haired girl. Sakura let out a long sigh and plopped down next to her, "If you say so Y/N. We're both just worried about you"

"Yeah! Sakura's right! We're here for you dattebayo!" Naruto exclaimed with his usual wide smile, "But seriously, you can tell us what's bothering you."

"I appreciate it, really I do, but I'm fine," Y/N replied and she got up then walked away, leaving the two behind her without any answers and still concerned

Little did she know, a certain pale faced ninja had been paying close attention to her the past couple of days. Like his teammates he was also worried, but for his own reasons. Yes, she was his teammate but there were other reasons. He also knew that Naruto's and Sakura's methods and loudness wouldn't do much

He slipped right next to her without her noticing, "Hello Y/N, lovely day isn't it?" He asked with his usual closed eye smile

Y/N flinched, slightly startled by his sudden appearance, "Ah, hello Sai. Yeah, it is I guess" He wasn't wrong, the sun was shining brightly and there weren't any clouds in the area

"Did I startle you? That wasn't my intention"

"No no, it's alright. I just wasn't expecting it, that's all"

"I see, that's good. I have a question for you if I may ask"

"Yeah, go ahead"

"Would you like to come with me on a walk around? I've been having a bit of art block so I'm looking for a bit of inspiration," It was a lie. Sai had never had issues with his art. But that was an unnecessary detail

Y/N thought about it for a moment then nodded, "Sure. That sounds nice," She figured that a walk might be able to help clear her thoughts

After a bit Sai had brought her to an opening in the forest and sat down, patting the spot next to him, "Come sit"

"Okay" She gave a small nod and sat down on the spot next to him

"So, what's been troubling you?" He asked. Y/N's eyes widened at the question, she hadn't expected that he would've noticed that she wasn't feeling okay

"I-...it's nothing, don't worry about it"

"I've heard that using phrases such as 'don't worry about it' seem to make them worry more"

"Ah, you're right.."

"I also hear talking about it can help too" He reached over and gave her hand a small squeeze

Why was he being so nice to her? Since when did he start caring? He was being sweet to her, and it confused her to no end but it was also nice in a way

"Are you sure you want to listen?"

He gave her an affirming nod

"Alright then. So you know how I'm a dog summoner?"

"Yes, I'm aware. What about it?"

She took a deep breath in, holding it for a minute then exhaling, "I was told that the elder died..He got really sick but he couldn't fight it anymore" She pulled her knees close to her and she could feel tears filling up in her eyes, a few falling from her face

Sai had never seen her so upset before. He had never seen anyone so hurt as she was over this. He was glad that she was willing to open up to him but it hurt him just as much to see her in pain

"Keep going, I'll listen to all of it"

She turned her head over to look at him, "Thank you, Sai"

He gave her a smile, an actual smile instead of the one he showed to other people

And so with that she started talking, "He helped me train everyday and was amazing in what he did. I looked up to him a lot and he gave a lot of support in my own summonings...but I could never be as great as he was. I can't even catch up with Naruto and his own summoning. He can already summon one on his own but I'm only an amateur. I'm completely useless to him and everyone else! I'll never make it as a ninja or a beast summoner" After all the ranting all she could do was cry. In between sobs she would try and catch her breath but only to return to tears

"You aren't useless y/n" Sai stated as if it was fact. Y/N's head immediately rose up at his words, surprised by them

"What?.." She asked, her tears slowing down but not completely stopping. She wasn't expecting that reaction. Part of her was expecting his blunt answers, telling her that she was overreacting and that everyone dies eventually. That's what he would usually say. But he was showing a sweet side to her again, a side that only he allowed her to see

Sai reached over and wiped away her tears, "I said that you aren't useless. You're not just an amateur. You're a great ninja and a great summoner too"

"Sai...thank you" She wiped away the rest of her tears and was able to smile, "Thank you for everything. You sat and here and you just let me talk. It means a lot to me"

"Of course I did, because I- ah, nevermind. Maybe a different time. For now, how do you feel?"

Y/N allowed her body to relax and her legs dropped, "Better. A lot better. I guess talking really did help, just like you said"

The two sat there, both smiling at each other. What they didn't know is that up in the trees Naruto and Sakura were watching them, listening to the conversation.

They knew it was wrong of them to eavesdrop but they were worried for Y/N. Naruto felt horrible that his family was hurting and he couldn't do anything. Sakura felt bad for pushing her so much. But they were both happy that she could talk to someone, even if that someone was Sai
