FemmeLeft is a multi-tendency leftist activist coalition that seeks to fight capitalism and social inequality in parallel. We view these struggles, not as distinct, but intrinsically interwoven, and recognize that the success of one hinges upon the other. Our purpose is to resist capitalist heteropatriarchy by organizing to respond to the needs of our community through mutual aid, self-education, and the prioritization of non-male voices.

The Trump administration's recent proposal to treat women's health, trauma survivors, and mental health as "pre-existing conditions" unworthy of insurance coverage is cruel and bigoted, and will not be tolerated. Within the current system, Single Payer is the only solution. Long term, a socialist system is the only solution.
