Sunny day running 🏃‍♀️🌞 . Everyone who knows me most likely believes that it’s so easy for me! They tell me: “Easy for you! You like running, working out at a gym, eat healthy, but I don’t like it 🤷”. . But, you know what, my dear friends, it is not easy for me either! Yes it is not at all! Of course I have developed several main habits that help me to do these things. But most of the times it is still a struggle and sometimes a great effort to go for a run or find the time to make it to the gym or spend some time cooking a healthy meal. And most of the times I do this when I would rather skip doing it. Do I have an iron willpower? No. I just know what outcome I will have if I consistently do all these things and what outcome I'll have if I skip doing them. . This is a part of my today’s morning . I love running outside. I’m a nature child. I spent a lot of time outside when I was a kid. This was the time filled up with camping, wild mushrooms and berries picking, running in the woods during orienteering events or just playing outside with friends. That’s why being in nature is very important for me. This gives me energy, many positive emotions and calms me down. . But it was just a small part of my morning full of bright colors, enjoyable odours, self love and self care. My morning started at 5 a.m. I spent about an hour reading a book, then cooked and packed snacks and lunch boxes for my kids and my husband and drived my son to preschool. . ✔️Pullups or chinups were always a struggle for me. But 2.5 chinups are still better than 0 :) . I would love to do at least 10, but I don't have strong enough WHY to do that, so I'm not beating myself up for not doing that. 2 or 3 is just enough for me. And I'm fine with it. . Remember, if you don't see results, you just don't have WHY, which is strong enough to move you forward. Beating yourself up for not having what you "would like" to have doesn't make you any closer to where you ”would like" to be. . What makes you closer to your goal is consistent and massive action. . If you don't do what you need to do to reach your goal you just don't have a big reason to reach it. . Take action immediately as you made the decision to move towards your goal. It doesn't matter what you decide to do. Do it anyway even if you're not sure if it is the right thing to do. It doesn't matter at the moment. WHAT and WHY is more important than HOW. What matters at the moment of making a decision is to start taking action and get used to it. You should pick something easy and doable, that you you can do easily. ~ Commit to yourself to do this action every day and do it for at least 30 days. You can challenge yourself to make it a little bit harder every time it gets easy. ~ For example, if you want to lose weight and you found your WHY and made a DECISION you can decide to start walking every day. And you start with 5 min walk TODAY. Not on Monday, not tomorrow, but TODAY. You stand up and do this! How was it? Easy? Doable? If yes, next day you can challenge yourself and walk for 10 min. And so on… ~ Ok, you don’t have to increase your time for 5 min every day for 30 days. You increase it only when it gets easy. You can stop on 30 min for example and challenge yourself during this time period by increasing the intensity. You can walk as fast as you can for 30 - 60 sec, and then go back to your regular pace for the same time (30 - 60 sec). This is just one example. You can choose whatever you feel you should do to start moving to your goal. This can be quitting to eat certain kind of food that you think causes you many problems. Or you can sign up for the gym and start to exercise regularly. I finally made it to the top 💪 Yyyyyaaaaas!!!! • It was my 3rd or 4th attempt to do this, not in one day but in 3-4 weeks. • About a year ago when I did my first Spartan race I realized that I was afraid of heights. I didn't know that before, because I wasn't in a situation in my life where I could really realize it. • What I found out from this observation is that sometimes you can't overcome some obstacles not only because you don't have certain skills or strength, but just because this obstacle is fearful or you don't believe that you are able to do that. And these feelings make us quit and never attempt to overcome the obstacle again, because most of all we are afraid of a failier. • Don't be afraid of a failier, because the more failiers you have, the closer to your goal you're. Your failiers are like steps of a ladder leading to your goal. And it feels so good when you finally make it to the top! It totally worths all the failiers you had before you make it! :) • Don't quit!
