Little tf rant regarding Bee

So, I rewatched tf one again and realized something very important (important to me at least)

Bee was not isolated in sub level 50

when he first meets Orion and D, after being asked about how long Bee had been down there, he mentions how he had limited access to the waste management area (the place with the trains, I'm pretty sure)

It isn't until new management (whom I assume is Darkwing) that he is strictly told he can no longer leave sub level 50.

I dunno. It just always bugged me how everyone says he's been completely isolated when that's not true, which, in my opinion, is worse.

Bee had small tastes of freedom, a sadistic reminder of what he had lost by being cast away, leading him to an even more desperate state of craving affection/connection.

It is also a great way for Sentinal/Darkwing to keep him in line and working. It's like dangling candy in front of a kid, convincing them that if they behave you'll give it to them.
