Spiritual abuse is real—and so are the spirits behind it. ✨
If you’ve ever dealt with a narcissist who made you question your reality, your worth, and even your relationship with God... you may have encountered more than just a toxic person. You may have come face to face with the Jezebel and Leviathan spirits at work.
These spirits operate through manipulation, pride, deception, and confusion—just like narcissists do.
💔 Jezebel seeks to dominate, seduce, and silence. 🐍 Leviathan twists words, creates chaos, and sows division.
🎯 Their goal? To steal your peace, stifle your voice, and separate you from God’s truth.
But sis, you are not powerless. Through prayer, discernment, and the Word of God, you can break free and stay free.
💥 This post breaks down the signs of these spirits and how they show up in narcissistic abuse—plus the spiritual weapons you need to fight back and protect your peace.
🛡️ The battle is spiritual. Your victory is too. You were never meant to stay confused—you were created to walk in clarity, healing, and bold authority.
👇🏽 Drop a “🔥” if this opened your eyes. 📌 Save this for your prayer time. 📲 Follow @fromconfusiontoclarity for more truth, tools, and spiritual healing after narcissistic abuse.

HEALING HER INNER CHILD 🌼
She didn’t get the love she needed. She learned to be quiet, to survive, to shrink just to feel safe. But she’s still in there — the little girl who deserved to be seen, held, protected, and cherished.
Inner child healing isn’t about living in the past… It’s about going back to rescue the parts of you that got left behind. 🕊️ It’s about becoming the woman she needed all along.
✨ Healing looks like:
Speaking gently to yourself
Setting boundaries without guilt
Resting without shame
Letting God re-father the broken places 💗
💌 Say this out loud: “I see you, little me. I’m here now. We’re safe.”
You don’t have to keep carrying what wounded you. God is restoring your inner girl — softening the hardened places and turning survival into peace.
You’re not too late. You’re right on time. She’s waiting for you to come home. 🕯️

Covert narcissists don’t rage—they blame, withdraw, and confuse.
"They never screamed." "They never called you names." "In fact... they always seemed like the calm one."
But that’s what makes the covert narcissist so dangerous.
They don’t control you with anger. They control you with guilt.
They make you feel bad for setting boundaries. They cry when you call out their behavior. They sulk when they don’t get their way—and suddenly, you’re apologizing again.
They twist conversations until you're not even sure what started the conflict.
They say things like:
“You’re too sensitive.”
“I never said that.”
“I’m just trying to love you, but it’s never enough for you.”
And slowly… you begin to silence yourself. You begin to doubt yourself. You start walking on eggshells around someone who never even raised their voice.
That’s not emotional safety. That’s manipulation by omission.
It’s still narcissistic abuse. It’s just quiet. And it leaves you feeling crazy—until someone finally gives it a name.

“It wasn’t love. It was trauma bonding.” You stayed because you were loyal, hopeful, forgiving… And because they trained you to equate pain with love.
That’s what trauma bonding does.
It’s not weakness. It’s not stupidity. It’s survival. You bonded with the cycle—because the love was laced with fear. Because the same person who hurt you was the one who made the hurt stop… temporarily.
Trauma bonding keeps you hoping. It keeps you second-guessing. It keeps you addicted to a pattern that’s destroying you.
But here’s the truth: ✨ Love doesn’t punish you for speaking up. ✨ Love doesn’t apologize, only to repeat the harm. ✨ Love doesn’t require you to lose yourself.
You don’t need to be stronger to stay. You need to be free to leave.

Dealing with a narcissist is exhausting—mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. You’re not just tired. You’re drained from walking on eggshells, overexplaining, and trying to keep the peace in a war you never started.
It’s the fatigue of being blamed, baited, and emotionally battered… all while being told you’re the problem.
You didn’t “overreact.” You were responding to manipulation, control, and confusion. That kind of exhaustion isn’t weakness—it’s a trauma response. And now? You get to rest. You get to heal. You get to breathe again.

How Narcissists are Formed
Narcissists are not born — they are shaped. The formation of a narcissist often begins in early childhood, through a mix of emotional neglect, excessive praise, trauma, or inconsistent parenting. In some cases, children may be idolized one moment and criticized the next, leaving them confused and desperate to control their environment to feel secure. Some may develop narcissistic traits as a defense mechanism to survive emotional pain or rejection. They build a false self — a mask — to protect the wounded, insecure inner child. This mask seeks admiration, avoids vulnerability, and hides deep feelings of inadequacy.
Spiritually, the enemy can use these early wounds as an entry point. Pride, rebellion, and deception can take root if left unchecked by truth, love, and godly correction. What starts as a coping strategy becomes a stronghold — one that can deeply affect others if not surrendered to Christ.
Understanding how narcissists are formed doesn’t excuse the abuse, but it helps us grasp the brokenness behind the behavior. Only through true repentance, deliverance, and spiritual renewal can a narcissist begin to change.
The Spiritual Impact of Narcissistic Abuse Narcissistic abuse doesn't just damage the mind and emotions; it strikes the spirit. Victims often find themselves questioning their worth, their sanity, and even their faith. The narcissist plays god in their relationships, using fear, guilt, and false love to maintain control.
But here is the truth: God is not the author of confusion, fear, or emotional torment. He is a God of truth, healing, and freedom.
How to Heal and Move Forward Educate Yourself: Knowing the signs helps you break free
Set Boundaries: A Healthy distance is essential
Seek Godly Counsel: Partner with those who speak truth and life
Reclaim Your Identity: Remember who you are in Christ — loved, chosen, and worthy. Healing from narcissistic abuse is possible. With God, all things are made new — including your heart, your confidence, and your future.

Why Do I Feel Sorry for Them? When Trauma Bonds Masquerade as Love.
“It’s not love. It’s survival. If you’ve ever felt loyal to someone who hurt you, you’re not weak—you were trapped in a trauma bond. This is Stockholm Syndrome, and it’s more common than you think.”
“5 Signs You Might Have Stockholm Syndrome” –
1. You defend them when others confront you.
2. You feel guilty for thinking about leaving.
3. You crave their approval, even after mistreatment.
4. You focus on the “good times.”
5. You feel like no one else could love you.

Grey Rocking: The Narcissist’s Kryptonite ✨
Ever felt like you were fueling the fire just by reacting? That’s where the Grey Rock Method comes in.
💠 What is Grey Rocking? It’s a powerful technique where you become emotionally uninteresting to the narcissist. Think: bland, boring, unbothered. Like a grey rock.
✅ You give short, dull answers ✅ You avoid showing emotion ✅ You don’t react to provocation ✅ You keep your personal life private
Why? Because narcissists feed off emotional reactions. No supply = no power.
This isn't being rude — it's protecting your peace. It's not shutting down — it's shielding your spirit.
🛡️ You don't owe access to people who use your emotions against you. 🕊️ Sometimes silence is spiritual warfare.
Have you tried grey rocking? What was your experience?

Breaking the Trauma Bond!
She was never weak—just bound. Bound by illusion, control, manipulation... But when God lit the truth in her heart, the chains couldn't hold her.
What This Image Speaks: 🌗 One side is chained, cracked, and shadowed by a narcissistic presence. 🌸 The other side is blooming, radiant, and alive with clarity. 🔥 The heart burns with awakening. 🕊️ The dove flies free—she’s choosing healing.
💔 Narcissistic abuse fractures your soul. 🕊️ But truth restores it. You can be whole again. You will feel joy again. And your heart? It will burn with purpose, not pain.
✝️ “He brought them out of darkness and the shadow of death, and broke their chains in pieces.” —Psalm 107:14
🦋 Healing is your birthright. Freedom is your promise.

OVERT NARCISSIST: The Master of the Show They shine bright in public—charismatic, charming, admired. But behind the scenes? It's all performance.
What You’re Really Seeing: 🌟 The mask of confidence 🎤 The need to dominate every conversation 🎭 The mirror showing emptiness without applause 🙌 The audience? Carefully chosen enablers and flying monkeys
💡 The Overt Narcissist craves: • Attention • Praise • Status • Control through charm
They thrive in leadership, the pulpit, the spotlight—anywhere admiration flows. But it’s not love they want—it’s supply.
✝️ "Beware of practicing your righteousness before others to be seen by them..." —Matthew 6:1
⚠️ Don’t be fooled by the act. The louder the show, the deeper the insecurity.
🕊️ True confidence doesn’t need a stage.
