DCeased Review
I had heard how good this series is many times. And holy crap everyone was right. This was so good. Apparently I need to read more Green Arrow because he was my favorite.

To be fair I would also do this if I suddenly had like 19 kids….
I’m not saying Batman has his kids color coded… but Dick gets the blue cup, Jason gets the red cup, etc.

Birds of Prey Vol 1 TP
This was a super fun ride. The art is absolutely beautiful. I don’t know much about some of the characters so I will have to find more to read.

Im really enjoying this series. It is my first time reading anything focused on the Arrow family. I think I need to go back and read some more from past series. I’m very interested in reading more Conner Hawke.

Titans: Beast World Thoughts
I finally read all of crossover issues for Beast World! This event happened late 2023 until 2024.
When I first heard about it I had no interest in it at all but I ended up enjoying it more than I expected. I’m not super surprised about that, given how much I like the Titans as a team. I really liked seeing the older generations of heroes stepping back and following Nightwing and the Titans.
I also really liked Jon in this event (Not just the side plot with Damien). Seeing Flash helping him deal with what was happening and process the destruction was great.
I totally understand why people don’t like the random Cat Damien but I found it hilarious. I just love their friendship so much.

Saw a reddit post saying that you can tell a Good Superman adaptation by how much you'd feel safe if he was hugging you against his chest, and a good Batman adaptation by if he'd go comfort a crying child.
Now I've been trying to find an Adaptation for Wonder Woman and I keep coming back to "The best Wonder Woman adaptations depend on if she would support you going to Rehab, to the point she regurally visits."
I don't know why, but I feel thats a core Wonder Woman trait that often gets left out.

Duke: hey B I have a bone to pick with you really quick
Bruce, on the verge of tears: please don’t.
Duke: I? just have a question?

Who is Connor Hawke? - A Reading Guide
Connor Hawke is the son of Oliver Queen and Sandra "Moonday" Hawke. He is best known for his role as the Green Arrow, taking on the mantle upon his father's death and continuing as the Green Arrow after his resurrection. Connor was raised by his mother, and struggled in school due to being bullied for being mixed race (his mother is Black and Korean and his father is white). At around age thirteen Connor was able to talk his mother into letting him move to a Buddhist Ashram that his father had once stayed at, and there Connor entered the care of Master Jansen, learned martial arts and archery, and became a Buddhist monk. It was at the Ashram that Connor decided to continue the Green Arrow legacy. While serving as the Green Arrow, Connor teamed up with the Green Lantern Kyle Rayner and the Flash Wally West, Robin Tim Drake, Cassandra Cain, and the Justice League.
While Connor is most known for his connection to the Arrow family, as this was what was focused on most heavily in Green Arrow Vol. 3- it is important to remember Connor has strong connections outside of the family as highlighted in Green Arrow Vol. 2! These characters include: Sandra "Moonday" Hawke, Nathan Hawke (Connor's "Gran"), Mastern Jansen, Eddie Fyers, Kyle Rayner, Wally West (and his wife Linda), Tim Drake, and Cassandra Cain!
As of June 2022, Connor has been confirmed as asexual, which solidifies his ace coding from both Green Arrow Vol. 2 and 3!
Reading list with RCO links under the cut!
Only three comics will be listed after the N52 because they are the only three that give us anything resembling an in character Connor Hawke- I will not now nor ever include Robin (2021) on this list.

Dick: You have a brother?? Is he Talia and Bruce’s too?
Damian: Of course, we share the same parentage after all.
Tim: How old is he?
Damian: He says it reset after he went into the Lazarus pit. So he’s 3.
(Bruce is in the background blue screening that he has another child with Talia that he didn’t know about.)

Damian: How old are you?
Jason, unsure if he can count those 6 months in the ground: I’m a few days, cause I went into the Lazarus pit and it went back to 0.

You know what I need more of? The Batkids completely fucking with the Justice League and their rogues and coming up with stories for their existence.
Like I am talking about the creation of demigods sort of stories, like Loki sort of stories.
Duke has convinced all of Gotham that he's the Bat Signal brought to life and that's why he's never seen at night and why the signal literally doesn't work during the day. He's waiting giddily for the story to spread outside of the city.
The batkids have convinced half the League that Nightwing is quite literally Batman's lovechild with Justice. Hey, Constantine had a one night stand with the manifestation of a city and they've dealt with gods before, so surely it's not that surprising? Right???
I need more of the Batkids being little shits, of Alfred the-greatest-enabler Pennyworth backing them up and Bat(the-biggest-troll)man to never confirm the stories, but he doesn't deny them either.

Have we ever considered that Damian “raised by assassins” Wayne and Tim “professional only child” Drake never hated each other as much as they have both alway thought of each other as brothers but have no experience with Cain instinct and just assumed it was blind, unadulterated, rage?

The way The Boy Wonder depicts Jason’s memory of his murder in this panel is haunting.
He looks at the readers, as though begging them to help. He doesn’t know they’re the ones who voted for his demise. That they chose this.
I can’t get over it.

Kent Farm House
Just finished my Kent Family Farm. I have made two different Kent Farm Houses, one for Ma and Pa to live in and one for Clark.

This is the image I based the outside on. I, sadly, do not have any of the packs that would make this look like a real farm. But I'm still happy with what I was able to make.
For the inside I just put whatever I felt was best and I did the same with the floor plan.
Overall I'm very happy with this build!
