I have always struggled with my weight since I was 18 and had my son. It has been a roller coaster of losing and putting back on over and over again. And it never just controlled my closet and what I bought but my happiness, my love for myself, the way I would carry myself, and the attitude I’d bring to the table. MY HEALTH! Starting the 90 day program I didn’t know what was in store but I had to be okay with the unknown because I’ve been okay with every other program and product out there why not again.
