Uhm. Yeah. I'm working on something and wrote a very quick and not very well written summary on a scene that I like in my AU and also I love Blue & Vio especially angst so here :)))
(It's late, it's a summary, it's quick, it's short. So in other words I couldn't be bothered to write it properly).
Vio stood there, foot on a sword that didn't belong to him. He stared at down at Blue who was down on the ground, covered in wounds and bruises as Vio's sword was pressed against his neck. Blue breathed heavily, chest heaving with effort as he shot the other a killing glare. Yet the sword in Vio's hand subtly trembled in its place against the others neck, as if he wasn't holding it steadily. Blue noticed this and carefully raised his bleeding hand. He gently tried to push it away from him, and to his surprise — Vio let it happen, his sword hung limply in his hands that tightly clutched it. Blue furrowed his eyebrows and sneered, aggressively pulling the sword back close to his neck. He screamed at Vio to just do it, to just kill him already. Vio's eyes flickered and his breathing hitched, chest rising up and down unevenly. His hand trembled as he tried to focus and readjust his weapon. Behind him Shadow cheered and jeered, repeatedly encouraging him to make the final blow. But Vio froze, blood rushing to his face as a flashback played before his eyes. He remembered the duel he had Green. He remembered how loudly his heart pounded in his chest, in his throat, in his body just everywhere over and in his whole skull when he realized he had to kill him. Vio blinked as his heart achingly pounded inside of him like drums, the loudness of it all caused Blue's screaming and Shadow's cheering to drown out. His heart continued to race, spiking at unexpected moments which caused him to flinch. His breathing started to match the quick pace which caused his mind to get jumbled all over. Vio faltered as he silently stood there with the blood dripping murder weapon in his hand. But in the end, the choice was his.

I think that if the LU Chain was represented by classic cards then…
Time & Legend would either be the two Jokers or The King of Hearts & The King of Diamonds respectively BECAUSE — I'm not sure if this canon to the LU, if it's not then it's my own headcanon — but because Time & Legend are the only two heroes who have finished all of their adventures (where they're ALIVE — ahem Hero's Shade)/finished all important and major stuff that they had to do. So in other words they're deeply traumatized and close to well, not living (blood red kings if ykyk)
I personally hc that Four still has to go through FSA cuz tbh idk how he's gonna get to that point considering it's at the end of the child timeline, but why think about that when you can just say he isn't done yet? People say Hyrule still has to become king of Hyrule, idk if I missed something but sure. Sky still has to found Hyrule. Wild still has to go through to TOTK. Twilight still has to be Wolfie in BOTW. Wind still has to discover a new land across the seas. And Warriors is uh… he's non-Canon alr I don't know—
Should I do the others aswell?? You see what random thoughts come to me oh my—

Is it just me who gets morally grey/anti-villain/anti-hero vibes from Vio??
Like, I can't unsee his wacky morals in the Manga😭😭, or maybe it's just my bias and love for morally grey/anti-villain/anti-hero characters.
Either way, I present my reasonings for perhaps a semi-canon thing or just a headcanon of mine, I honestly don't know.
Let's start with morally grey. Vio does too much good to be bad, he helps defeat Vaati, he sees the good in Shadow, he gets info for the others and returns to them, having their back again. BUT, I think he also does too much bad to be good, he sides with Shadow, puts Blue and Red in harms way, nearly murders Green, silently watches as Shadow burns down towns or whatever he was doing. Idk, maybe I'm misinterpreting all this, but then I'll just say it's a headcanon of mine :P
For anti-villain, I DO think that he, well, somewhat genuinely believes that he is doing the right thing, or doing it for the greater good would be more accurate. Like, how he sides with Shadow, I think that he believes that joining him was the right decision, but… I'm not so sure if he sees the faults in his later actions. Basically he believes that he's doing the right thing, but ultimately it's for reason HE believes are right, even if they're morally wrong which ultimately might make the reasons wrong too.
For anti-hero it's pretty much the same thing but flipped. He does the wrong thing, like nearly murdering Green and putting Red and Blue in harms way, for again, what I believe he THINKS are the right reasons. This is also why I stated the wacky morals thing, I don't think that he's a bad person by any means, well, atleast not for a 100%, but I just think that he's a bit too willing to make sacrifices.
I think that he thinks first and then feels later. Cause, it's not that he doesn't feel guilty, he literally looks back at the others in I think chapter 7 it was?? After Green went down, he DOES feel guilt, he DOES feel, but he THINKS first. Mind over heart. First he makes his plan, and it is only later that he realizes how the consequences will affect him and the others around him (emotionally).
But uhm yeah. Thank you for reading about my love for messed up characters, like Vio, maybe, maybe not, help. He's just a silly guy who's capable of manipulation when needed but will feel bad about it later :)))
