-His head and neck are directly based on his original form. -The dials from his original form now double as a necklace/choker. -His speaker is at the top of his chest and mimics chest hair. -Only Mettaton could pull off a cropped blazer WITH booty shorts. -His boots also have built-in heely-style wheels.
