“Well I reckon you’d better, and fast,” Stanley eyes a particularly large crab as it scuttles across the mass of others beneath it. “Else you’re tellin’ me you’ve got an appetite for, hm eight or so hundred.”

  Shenanigans as mer-denizens ensue. Humour and comfort. StanXeno with their brand of over-the-top romanticism.

Stanley plants their linked hands on his cheek, pitching his voice high with the lilt of a Southern belle, “Why, that’s not very gentlemanly is it– wait, what are you doin’?”

Xeno punches in the final number, and slams the phone to his ear, “Calling the cops.”

  Of wanting to return home with your beloved.
