World Mental Health Day.   Mental health is the most serious pandemic in the world.  So many people live day-by-day without the help they need or aren’t even conscious of their suffering.  When I was a teenager, I suffered from spiritual attacks which put me into a deep depression.  (My story is long and I will share with you all some other time on another platform.)
