She was made to be a tool for this God. It's to the point where she's stopped viewing herself as a person and instead thinks of herself as a tool undeserving of even the slightest respect for her hardships.

The shattered glass half of her face was caused by Destruction themselves as a reminder not to fail him again.

Also they are a literal glass Canon. They break like glass when hit, but their gun shatters anything it hits like glass in return. Shattered glass is essentially the symbol for the God of Destruction
