not a single noise was heard through the trailer, just the sound of a broken ceiling fan that barely circulated throughout the house.

the quiet creaking of the floor was just barely audible underneath lex’s feet, her creeping towards the back of the trailer towards her mothers room.

lex gently opens the door, careful not to make a noise since her mother was in a deep sleep within the bedroom. as she creeps through the room, in search for something, she takes a pause at every slight movement from her mother.

after a moment, she retrieved the small bag of blunts from the ‘secret’ spot her mother hid it in and quickly made her way back out.

while stuffing the baggie into her pocket, along with walking out the door of the trailer, she gave her little sister a small goodbye as he slid her jacket hoodie on. lex began walking out of trailer park, heading down the sidewalk and towards her partners house.

once she had arrived, knocking on the window of [readers] bedroom with a resting glance on her face and her hands stuffed into her jacket pockets.

lex waited patiently, leaning against the side of her partners house before the window quickly opened almost in a scared manner.

“shit- lex, you scared the fuck out of me…” [reader] exclaimed, sighing in relief once they saw their girlfriend.

lex smiled dauntingly, humming quietly before she pushed past [reader] to crawl into their bedroom. once she did, pulling the bag of blunts out of her pocket, she lit one of them and took a long drag of it.

[reader] just stared at her for a moment, keeping the window open so the smoke would drift out and not set off the fire alarm.

a cloud of smoke drifted from lex’s lips, a smile still on her face before i offered the blunt out towards her partner with a raised eyebrow, “want a hit?”

“you know i don’t smoke lex…” [reader] replied, moving to sit back down on their bed as they glanced towards their girlfriend.

lex sighed dramatically, moving over to stand in between their legs and continued to take more small hits of the blunt, “come on babe… just once? for me…”

a quiet thud came from across the room, just loud enough to be heard from beyond [readers] headphones but quiet enough to not disturb anyone within the household.

[reader] perks up, glancing towards the window where the thud came from, pulling off their headphones while stopping their music. they hesitantly got off their bed, creeping towards the window with caution and stood just by it for a moment.

as they waited for another sound, the room silent with tension as another loud THUD was heard against the glass. [reader] quickly opened it, peeking out just a bit to be met with the face of their boyfriend.

summary: fred weasley was never afraid of dying, infact he believed he was immortal since he was a kid. all that changed when he came face to face with death.

fred felt like he was the bravest boy on the planet, never scared of anything, always protecting his younger siblings from dangers, never afraid of death.

most of the time it felt like he was ontop of the world, yet one day his view on the danger of death was changed. it had changed drastically.

everything was overwhelming, spells were being casted left and right, screaming could be hear near and far, people chatting amongst themselves and the air was cloudy. nothing felt right.

fred arm suddenly was being tugged by his twin, dragging him towards a safe-place, atop a tower, looking over the fight. they both sat, just staring off into the distance. george abruptly spoke out, “you okay, freddie?”

fred looked over, smiling before looking back at the crowd and replying, “yeah.”

george slightly nudged him with his elbow, muttering out, “me too.” they both smiled as they continued to watch over the battle between both sides. both felt a presence behind them as they turned and saw their older brother, percy.

percy looked at them both before speaking out, “fred, george, we gotta go. c’mon.” the twins stood as they all ran off towards the group of fighters, quickly adapting to the scenario and joining in on the battle.

eventually they had spilt off, fred and percy fight off one death-eater, Augustus Rookwood, while george fought another.

after a few minutes fred had finally knocked down the death eater, his brother chuckled before knocking down another man, the minister of magic. percy chuckled, “i guess i’m resigning from the minstery.”

fred turned towards him and started to laugh, “perc, your joking! i dont think you’ve made a joke since you were-“ he had been cut off, a loud explosion could be heard before dust and rubble filled the air.

percy let out a few coughs as he waved the air, opening his eye and examine around the area. he spotted fred laying against the cold floor, coughing out a lung. percy gasped loudly as he leaned down and started to clear off the rubble from atop his brother.

fred let out a weak laugh as he moved some of the rubble, falling and hitting his back against the concrete. fred muttered, “i guess i’m not immortal, huh perc.”

the wide doors opened as a tall man and a few others entered, the redhead spotting his family and racing over with a wide smile across his lips. he reached them, hugged each tightly as he spotted his twin, lifeless on the ground.

george’s heart dropped. he felt i’ll as his knees hit the ground beside the body. his eyes were drenched in tears, sobs escaping his lips as he leaned down, hugging his twin.

after a few moments the doors opened again, harry, ron, and hermione strutting inside as each looked around. all three walking over towards the family as ron sprinted over, standing beside his sister. george had finally stood up, hugging his mother as he quickly turned around and tightly embraced his younger brother.

ron felt sick, like he was going to puke as he looked over at his older brother, laying lifeless on the ground. he let go of his other brother, kneeling on the ground as he broke out in sobs. his mother gently rubbing his back in comfort, everyone tearing up still as they all stood around.

percy stormed off, running out of the building towards anywhere that wasnt inside. george looked over at him, following him. the older male sat against a pile of rubble, the younger sitting next to him.

percy looked over, his face and sleeves drenched in tears and sweat as george whispered out, “perc, you okay?”

percy just shook his head, leaning his head back down into his arms. after a second he had finally muttered out, “its all my fault. i’m the reason fred is dead.”
