Today's mindfulness lesson is taken from @anipemachodron and her book #livingbeautifullywithuncertaintyandchange. It has been really inspiring delving a bit deeper into the practice of #presenceofmind and making friends with areas of my life that I viewed as hinderances or annoyances. Like washing the dishes! The most powerful growth has been in my relationship with my breath. So in using the breath as inspiration, today's noon class at @trybeyoga yoga will encourage "being mindful of the breath to keep us present". What a magical morning! The #superbluebloodmoon2018 was incredible and I took the opportunity to harness this special energy by having a small ceremony to release what is not serving me to make space for more of what does. Each crystal and stone was cleaned and infused with its own intention and left to soak up the power of the moon in its fullness and through its transition through every phase.
